Damaged Metabolism, muscle loss, HCG as a solution. Need help please

Sup guys. I am having some difficulties with my body building goals. I mostly want to loose body fat, and have been using amphetamines to do so, however, for a while I couldn't loose any more body fat as I was trying to do it too fast and was only loosing muscle. I was in a stand still for a long time before realizing I needed to slow down. Now, I am finding it extremely difficult to loose body fat, and can barely sustain muscle mass at all. I was thinking that HCG would be a good idea at this point, as it is produced by pregnant females to protect the fetus from catabolism. I am going to be using weight training and some cardio in conjunction with the amphetamine + hcg plan. I have 5000 iu hcg vial on the way. Just a few questions, first, do you think that this is a good plan? is 30 ml bac. water sufficient for the 5000 ui hcg vial? and how much should I inject how often? I plan on doing more experiments in the future and would be happy to share my results, conclusions and hypotheses here :D thanks in advance!
 
whoa bro. Slow down. Amphetamines are NOT a good idea. I suggest you go see a doctor and get some blood work done. Then contact 3J and have him set you up on a plan.

HCG mimics LH. It may raise test levels a bit, but then you have to worry about desensitization.

I'll say it again. Go to a doctor, get some labs done so you know where your levels are, then contact 3J. If you have low Test levels, get in touch with Chip and he'll help you out. Maximus + 3J = Life changing results.
 
3J is that a member here? Why are amphetamines a bad idea? I'm supposed to take them anyways for ADHD, they just happen to also help in other areas. :D And what is LH?

amphetamines are horrible for you.. you dont need amphetamines you need a clean non-starvation type diet plus a good training/cardio routine

The main reason you are probably not making any sufficient goals in muscle building is because amphetamines, whether it be meth or adderall, constrict blood vessels SEVERELY, making blood flow very hard to reach muscle properly.

Second reason is amphetamines blocker hunger cravings, making your metabolism SUCK. Your body is probably in starvation mode trying to keep every last bit of fat so you dont starve...then once you do start eating again your body thinks its gonna be starved again and holds onto every ounce of fat.

Not only that but training while using amphetamines can be very harsh on your heart and brain. The constriction can get so bad that some users of meth have horrible strokes that can lead to death.

If you will continue self medicating like this without enough knowledge and experience, you can end up being a drug addict. If i would be you, i would stop anything that use , buy a good Multi Vitamin with a good Whey protein and go back to basics. As training 3 times per week only for health and well being . In your position muscle mass or other things are not important because you are losing your health.

very good post!!!!!! meds like adderal,speed run of endorphines in your brain and your dopamine levels are jacked to the max and you body runs wild off this,so with all this going on you never think about eating,instead of using energy from foods,your body is running off your brain chemicals.
 
Thank you for the replies! :D Seriously, I hear you guys; I've long noticed the starvation affect that the Adderall has had on my body. However, you cannot stop a medication overnight. Currently, I'm at half the dose I was taking a few months back and kind of in a stand still. I gained a bunch of fat just by cutting the doses as much as I did(going from starving to eating a lot wasn't a good idea, but it was necessary). At the moment, I am currently in a stand still where I can't cut doses down anymore without getting depressed gaining fat (my physical appearance has a greater affect on my mood than anything so it's really out of the question). I really need to gain some progress physically before I can move in that direction. I am currently eating fairly well, although still have slightly higher pulse (like 90-100 bpm), I'm going to the gym 3-4 times a week, doing mostly weight lifting doing as much weight while still being able to make ten reps with good effort. I got the protein (muscle milk :D) getting about 1g per lb of body weight. Haven't been eating much fat, just some steak tips here and there, getting a lot of carbs since I know my body needs the energy. You still think that HCG would be a bad idea? If it helps protect muscle mass?

If you have been eating a diet with low protein/fat and high carbs, this is probably your issue. Get with 3J and work out a proper diet.

They aren't that high. It just so happens that carbohydrate foods are the only low fat foods other than meats like turkey and what not. I got the protein and such, the main problem I have is the fact that I was just practically starving for half a year and my metabolism hasn't recovered. HCG protects muscle mass, so that should be a decent idea, no?
 
HCG is NOT what u need... and as far as HCG helping to retain muscle mass? this is the first time I've heard of this bro... if this were the case all bodybuilders would be running regularly, but infact, very few ever use it

so u are comparing yourself to pregnant women and fat boys with puberty problems... this is not gonna end well

u really need to eat bro... seems u are looking for an easy way, there isn't one.. u gotta work hard to get the results u are wanting

Perhaps if you quit the 420 and doritos you may once again see some fat loss.

Carefull on the you dont need amphetamines coment 3J He did say he is on them for ADHD! This is some thing he may be stuck with and have no choice!

Have to be honest reading the first post I was thinking fuckin Meth head gona do a Dbol only cycle coming here!

I'm sure there is some reasonable way to work around it. I aplaud you for taking care of this condition it's amazing how many people don't.

But you should hook up with 3J! Proper nutrion is a must for you in my opinion. He has made alot of people happy on this board.

lol I don't even like doritos or smoking weed anymore (not that I don't share a blunt on occasion). I've been eating food, amphetamines don't have much of an effect on appetite after a tolerance has built up especially if the doses have been declining for the past few months. The problem is, my mind is HUNGRY, HUNGRY for progress, I've been obsessing for some physical progress for the past 2-3 years but didn't have many people around to tell me how much of a bad idea amphetamines were (at the doses I was taking them at, combined with my eating habbits and everything else) so I really had to figure it out for myself. Now, I'm having a bitch of a time keeping up with my school work because this is all I care about and it is a drag on my mental state. I do kind of need to bump the amphetamine doses up just a tad to catch up with what I've fallen behind with but anytime I've ever done that I've lost 90% muscle mass within a day or two! There's no one here who has used Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) while cutting and noticed that it was efficient for programming the body to tap into adiopose tissue? It was used as a diet product in combination with a 500 calorie diet, if that didn't throw them into catabolism, then the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) must have done something, right?

We need to get some things straight here really quickly. This is not a slam on you by any means, so please don't take it that way... A lot of people are incredibly misinformed about HCG. The Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) diet is a complete and utter fraud. It's effective because you eat 500 calories a day. At 500 calories a day ANYONE will lose weight, but the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) plays absolutely no role in that weight loss or maintenance of muscle mass. Look at people who have done that, they do not look healthy. They do not have good amounts of muscle. They look malnourished and sick.

The whole Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) craze is going to fade out here really quickly because the FDA is actually investigating it and has reported it as being fraudulent and unrepresentative of the product. In fact, unless you are under a doctors supervision you cannot legally get Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) without a prescription. The Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) being sold for these diets is not true HCG. It has all of the active hormone released which is why you are able to get it OTC.

Like I said, I just want to clear some things up in terms of this whole thing. The Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) diet is the most dangerous, idiotic, and damaging diet that I have encountered. The bottom line is that those who do the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) diet ARE in a catabolic state.

I'm not thinking about doing the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) diet at all, I was thinking about using Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) as the science behind it kind of implies that it does protect muscle mass or at least make the body lean more towards metabolizing adiopose tissue. I was going to keep doing what I'm doing just minor calorie deficiencies w/ plenty of protein and I did not purchase any diet product, I purchased pure freeze dried Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 5000 iu vial from black market (I'd source but I think it is against the rules, it is a great source though :D). And anyone consuming that little amount of calories will not surely loose body fat, I was on a strict almost starvation diet probably 1000-1500 calories, riding a bike 3-4 hrs a day, loosing NO fat. I was in a complete stand still. Dj

Well it honestly looks like there is more to it than you may think. Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) raises estrogen in a lot of other people and I see no reason why it would add lean mass to a person and I have run Plenty of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) in my life. Typically when people have a hard time losing weight, you have to look at all factors. First off, how is your diet?? You may think your diet is good but you could be surprised. Secondly, it could be your current meds. Third, it could be your testosterone levels, thyroid, cortisol, estrogen, etc. Have you tested these recently ?? If not, I would get the blood work done so we can see what is going on.

In the meantime I would get together with 3J because he can gear any diet for your goals. Diet will only help. Then you have focus on getting blood work. Just a suggestion.
