Recently it feels like my Scaphoid ( bit at the bottom of the thumb where it joins to your wrist fyi ) is going to pop out when lifting.
Painful as fuck. Didn't realize how tender it was until my girl handcuffed me
My mates think strapping my wrists is the best thing to do.
That right? Do wrist straps actually do much when training?
Just looking for other suggestions
