I think the thing that needs to be cleared up for you Dario is this:

Steroids increase the rate at which your body CAN make muscle.

That process still takes protein and energy to exist. What everyone here is saying, and they are correct, is that you are not eating enough to actually maximize your NATURAL size gaining ability, and adding steroids to that will do nothing but increase your maximum potential to grow, but without the protein there, you will not see any extra gains.

If you're still scratching your head, think of it this way. Lets say you can gain 10lbs a month naturally at a MAXIMUM (pure supposition here to illustrate the effect). If you are not eating enough you might only be getting 2-3lbs in a month. Adding steroids will increase that maximum to maybe 20, 30, 40lbs per month, but it doesn't make muscle appear out of nowhere. You need to eat enough to make that muscle grow. If you continue eating the same food that gave you 2-3lbs/month and add steroids, you will continue gaining 2-3lbs/month. Steroids increase your maximum potential for muscle growth, and you are not even at your natural potential maximum already!

Ok I'm gonna tell you everything I ate yesterday, if I can remember it all.

Straight out of bed at 10am:

A small protein shake with milk and some bread. (Im not hungry in the morning)

around 1pm: Chicken breast with potatoes and a green salad. and water

around 4pm: Brown rice with onion and peppers with grilled shrimp and a veggi juice.

around 7-8pm Tuna on crackers with a small sandwich with turkey and cheese. and water.

Then I worked out

10pm: Post workout big protein shake.

around midnight: A big bowl of cereal with some tuna and crackers and some nuts.

Thats what I can remember, probably one or 2 small healthy snacks in between those. THAT IS MY DIET TO MAINTAIN MY WEIGHT. im not trying to gain weight right now.

OMG I understand all that , and like Ive arleady said about 4 times now Ive been 175-180 lbs before and working my ass of at the gym and to me I lokked like a fatass, Im not gonna do another bulking cycle and be a fatass again.

Det Oak dont hate on his sever dedication it takes alot to eat like the champion he is .... Jesus you guys are so rude...... this guy is on his game , 160 eats like my 98 pound girl freind he ll be ripped to shreds after a cycle weighing in at 160.999 pounds ..... lmfao

Im not trying to gain weight right now dude, I'm maintaining it with this diet, and by the way whats wrong with tuna on crackers?

a BIG protein shake :wackit:

tuna on crackers

im not hungry in the morning :wtf:

exactly as I thought.

Dario, yes, that is basically healthy eating, but you ain't eating nearly enough to grow. Shrimp? Seriously? And tuna and crackers? I know you said you ain't trying to gain weight right now, but unless you post a diet you would use while trying to gain weight, i don't believe it.

Its no big deal if you don't know what you're talking about, thats why this board is here. Im telling you man, it just sounds like you're looking for a magic pill to me. Which is fine, but enough with all the know-it-all shit and just be honest.

P.S. "Im not hungry in the morning" is an excuse... not a solution.

The thing you seem to not understand is I dont wanna be a freakin' body builder, I dont wanna weight 300pounds, my ideal weight is like 175 lbs and 2-3% less bodyfat.

Notta bro get down..... maintain.... that is the point why use aas if you are eating to maintain , eat to grow , not eat to maintain jump on juice and wxpect a fucking miracle.... but hey your good to go bro , just jump dont look back no more ..

The thing you seem to not understand is I dont wanna be a freakin' body builder, I dont wanna weight 300pounds, my ideal weight is like 175 lbs and 2-3% less bodyfat.

And you don't understand that this can be done naturally. 175lbs? At your height I could get you to 200lbs naturally.

from all that you have said you can get to your Ideal weight with fucking food. there is no god dammn reason for juice, you can get there get a little fat then cut the fat and maintain 175 with out juice. I dont want to be a body builder either I just want to be a fucking freak at 5-9 and weighin 205 so what ...

well then go to 190 and loose 15 pounds of fat with out aas ... why is that so hard ??

Of course it's hard!! Ive been doing bulk and cut cycles for like 5 years now. When I weight 175 pounds I always go up to about 15% bodyfat. It seems like I'm losing my time trying to get to my goal naturally. Some of us dont have great genes you know. And I dont know if you knew that but when you lose fat (not on AA's) you also lose muscle.

I was 175 pounds 3 months a go. I also had about 15% bodyfat. Am I gonna do another bulk cycle and go back to 15% bodyfat? no.

were you dropped on your head as a baby?

Dude, were trying to help you. You were 15% because you don't know how to diet properly. I don't care about your degree or if your a trainer. Honestly, i wouldn't waste my money on a 160lb trainer unless I was wanting to do Cross-Fit or something.

Anyway, i will be the first one to say i can help other with diets, but i can do them for myself. No reason to make up shit. No one cares on the internet. Again, thats why the board is here.

Bottom line, you're gonna do the damn steroids. But anyone with a decent knowledge of macronutrient timing on this board will be able to get you to 175lbs natty without getting you to 15%BF.

yes I know I have stuoid genes, but mine are thyroid related wit hmy metabolism..... you could still jump to 190 and cut 15 pds of fat or get some diet help before you just do the aas , maybe someone can teach you some shit like 90210 or 3j , no matter what we always have room to learn, none of us are perfect and we all learn new shit everyday..
