Eat like a girl lol, dude I dont know in what world you live but I eat more than pretty much everyone I know (none of them are bodybuilders and weight one zillion pounds.) and thats just my maintaining diet. I'm not a bodybuilder and I certainly dont wanna look like one. I have a job and I go to school, I cant take a break every 2 hours to have a meal. I already eat about 6 meals a day. My bosses are already complaining that I eat like 3 times a shift and it's not normal.
 
and man why are you here anyway, just to argue with these guys? If you don't want to gain to much fat then do more cardio while bulking, seems pretty simple to me

I'm not here to listen to diet advice. I already know when you bulk, 50% carbs 30% protein, 20% good fats, no simple carbs with fat, lots of water, food every 2-3 hours to avoid cortisol, blah blah etc.

And if youve read my diet it is exactly that and if I wanted to bulk, I would just add another meal like that. I was just here to learn about steroids cause that I dont know about, but its ok I guess I'll just ask my friends who used them and have been successful.
 
Dario, What you need to do is head over to the diet forum and and post in 3J's thread. it's stickied, you cant miss it. Have him make you a good diet to build muscle and not get fat.

Then go back to whatever institute you studied nutrition and kinesiology in and demand your money back. If they ask why just start talking about training and nutrition and they will get the point.

Then go to the grocery store and pick up everything 3J told you to eat. Follow his diet he sets for you and lift hard.

Repeat the latter for a year and you will be at your desired 175-180 @ 12~ BF as long as you stay dedicated.

When Ill be on roids Ill eat way more, some of you guys are so judgmental seriously lol. Youre all like 300 pounds and just cause I said I was 160 lbs you automatically think I dont know about dietiing!? Gee I should have said I'm 500 pounds and youd be acting much different. anyway.

You tried to help me by saying, to gain weight, someone needs to eat more lol. I just ignore the food advice, cause i already knew all of them like 10 years ago.

hey scotty-im like really reallly happy with myself, ive got the diet and training thing down pat. Im about 135lbs ( i know i know you should have seen me 4 years ago i was 125) ive gained 10lbs naturally. so now im ready for the big jump, ive been on a maintainence diet cause i dont really want to be a big body builder like you guys. so i dont need your diet advice even though you guys have already been through this. i just wann know if i can juice and gain about 5lbs-and when i come off i can go right back to the same maintainence diet and keep all my gains right? i mean i have friends that are really sweet so i dont know why im asking you guys-i just wanna see how stupid you are.........cause i have a masters in getting huge so i know how to do it-i just dont want to.

BTW to get huge you need like 50% fat 20% pro and 30% carb

Look dude, I'm gonna put this all in one post so no other idiot with an obvious lack of braincells that cant understand it asks about it again.

I can gain weight easily and I used to be 15-20 pounds heavier but I had too much fat on. Right now I'm just maintaining my weight because I'm waiting to start the juice cycle to start eating more and packing the pounds cause I know it will be a much MUCH leaner bulk that way.

I do not think that is complicated what so ever.
 
so what makes you think starting juice is gonna make you bulk with no fat? its diet dependant and your diet sucks.

i have selective hearing too bro, but only when women are talking,when the bro's on the forum give me advice,i listen to everything
