sorry for flamin ya bro-but i had to cause you had me convinced you had at least a half ass bulking diet.

to be honest-i dont know shit about diet-i just know i eat enough to grow-and its a helluva lot more than your eating. if i have a couple bad days where im a way from home too much-and dont get to eat properly-it shows in my lifts immediately.

you gonna have to stop worrying about fat so much-and look at this as a marathon not a race. besides your not gonna gain fat on test.

i will let these guys tell you how to diet properly-all i gotta say is steak, potatoes-and more steak and potatoes-and then some more
 
I don't think you should do steroids at this time, but I'll tell you my thoughts on test/dbol since you will probably ignore everything in this thread anyways :P


Between test/dbol, I would probably suggest starting with a low dose testosterone propionate only cycle. It will kick in pretty quick and if you have any problems, you can back off it and you'll have it out of your system in a week. Make sure you have post cycle therapy equipment on hand since you have no idea how you will react your first time. I would suggest getting some nolvadex/clomid at a minimum, learn how they work and have them on hand in case of a problem. The BIG thing here though is you will need to increase your protein intake to at least the ~400g/day area to see much of an improvement, and this is the most important part.

Dude, were trying to help you. You were 15% because you don't know how to diet properly. I don't care about your degree or if your a trainer. Honestly, i wouldn't waste my money on a 160lb trainer unless I was wanting to do Cross-Fit or something.

Anyway, i will be the first one to say i can help other with diets, but i can do them for myself. No reason to make up shit. No one cares on the internet. Again, thats why the board is here.

Bottom line, you're gonna do the damn steroids. But anyone with a decent knowledge of macronutrient timing on this board will be able to get you to 175lbs natty without getting you to 15%BF.

Whats the matter with my macronutriments?! As far as I know, on a bulking cycle 50 carbs 30 protein and 20 fat is ideal. btw the "were you dropped on your head blah blah" isnt helping me or you in making a point.

dude, i agreed with you until this part. What does being on test have to do with gaining fat? Plenty of guys who eat like shit, hell, who even eat OK gain fat on test. Or any drug for that matter. Can't make claims like that.. that's how people get fucked up.

edit: it really just has to do with carbs for me-if eat too many when off-i gain fat easily-seems i cant eat enough carbs when on

I just dont understand y ppl wont listen , they are dead set in doing it there way, I was dead set in doing roids and that was that, i told mother fuckers too I dont care what you say I am doing em but what sort of advice do you have for me dieting, I of course , unlike this cat, can not gain weight on diet alone do to my gay thyriod, but I enjoy this shit it makes me laugh..

Were not talking abot me, but even if we were, I don't "bulk". Stopped that shit along time ago once i realized I don't like all that gaining of fat and cutting back down. Seemed counterproductive to me.

Now, you may be wanting to do a lean bulk or whatever the fuck they call it nowadays, but you can gain muscle and stay lean at the same time. Will you gain 15lbs of muscle? Not in a short period of time. But like someone said earlier... this ain't a sprint, its a marathon, and to get there correctly you have to do things properly or you will regret it later.

Perfect example is how you see all the juicers at the gym year after year getting big than small, than big, than small. It ain't cuase of the AAS... its cause they don't know how to DIET!!!

At your age I was prolly about 170 pounds at 6ft tall. I ate good, alot of chicken, steak, and stuff and took 3 protein shakes a day and i gained 30 pounds in 1 year. I did do creatine, and andro cause it was legal back in 98, but my main thing was I ate a healthy and ALOT!!! I did mega mass 4000, myoplex, and any other proteins and stuff I could get my hands on and increased my food portions ALOT!! You might say well you gained 30 pounds, you were fat, but no, I had my freakin six pack and everything. I was running faster than anyone in my company and stuff too, so I was in great shape. I have continued to lift for 12 years after that and i was up to 250 pounds at 6ft tall when I finally decided to do my first cycle. My natural bench press was around 350 or so for 1 max rep. I have been on cycle for about 10 weeks now, and I am up to 275 and benching well over 400 now. But the main thing is that I had my frame built before I decided to turn to aas. One thing you will notice is your prolly not pushing to heavy of weight right now, and when you crank it up your gonna have pains and stuff cause your tendons and stuff haven't grown enough naturally. I have been on a bodybuilding team a few years back when I was 230, and let me tell you, your diet is no where close to what they use to have us eat. I actually had problems finishing all my food that they made me eat while I was losing bodyfat. I lost 6% bodyfat while putting on weight brother. This little meals your talking about makes my belly growl. Am I ripped at 275, not, not really, but I am bulking right now before summer hits I will start cutting. I have everyintention of being up to about 285 before I start cutting though. To gain good weight you gotta carry a little wieight. You might think you can stay ripped up and gain muscle, but it's not gonna happen. You need to eat and put on some weight. I got a boy that started cycle a few weeks after me that is your height and weight. He is all about getting in shape for boating season and not lifting heavy to gain muscle, keeping his diet completly clean and stuff and he has gained maybe 10 pounds compared to my 30. He is however 34 years old and has been this size lifitn hard for a long time and that is the only reason I agreed to get his stuff for him. I know he has a good training routine, but he does really need to pump up his diet and get down to lifting hard. Not telling you whether or not to do it brother, cause I know your gonna do what your gonna do. But I am so glad I waited till I was 31 years old and 250 pressing 350 beofre I jumped into the AAS. makes me appreciate all those years of hard work I put in and it's like I'm reborn with a whole new love for lifting.

Dario, don't blame scotty, its just frustrating cause you see these threads every single day. I posted a satirical thread a few weeks ago about it.

Again, you're not eating enough. But if your gonna do juice, which i think you will. You will see after eating like a little girl that you won't get the results you want. Not true LBM. Bodyweight is easy to gain like you said, but it takes hard as training with heavy weight and good food, alot of it to gain lots of lean muscle.
 
Ok I'm gonna tell you everything I ate yesterday, if I can remember it all.

Straight out of bed at 10am:

A small protein shake with milk and some bread. (Im not hungry in the morning)

around 1pm: Chicken breast with potatoes and a green salad. and water

around 4pm: Brown rice with onion and peppers with grilled shrimp and a veggi juice.

around 7-8pm Tuna on crackers with a small sandwich with turkey and cheese. and water.

Then I worked out

10pm: Post workout big protein shake.

around midnight: A big bowl of cereal with some tuna and crackers and some nuts.


Thats what I can remember, probably one or 2 small healthy snacks in between those. THAT IS MY DIET TO MAINTAIN MY WEIGHT. im not trying to gain weight right now.

They Key word I see in you is small a small this and ate a small that that is why your small.

I eat big meals pre and post workout and on Squat and deadlift days a bit more so.

I eat chicken and streak all day and night long and I love me some WHOLE EGGS they are so damn cheap.

I started gaining strength and weight when I shit canned all the shakes and replaced them with whole foods not saying shakes don't have their place but most people don't use them correct, shakes are great and True Protein is your friend but EAT!

I was 176 4 years ago started to eat, train and what everyone else has accidentally left out rest big.

Last year around January I was 216 and then I joined a really damn good powerlifting team in Northern California today I weight 260.

I started test 5 weeks ago or so at 250 and I'm 41 years old.

IMO that how it's done.

I know I'll shed fat just by getting on test cleaning up my diet, adding cardio and continue to do as I have been not like I'm some guy holding huge amounts of fat I'm considered lean in Powerlifting.

What helped me out the most is when I decided to keep my mouth fucking shut and listen to those that have already got to where I have never reached, cotton out of ears and into the mouth does wonders.

You said you have bulked and cut for 5 years now! Well it hasn't worked so try listening to the right people for a change.

Dario, What you need to do is head over to the diet forum and and post in 3J's thread. it's stickied, you cant miss it. Have him make you a good diet to build muscle and not get fat.

Then go back to whatever institute you studied nutrition and kinesiology in and demand your money back. If they ask why just start talking about training and nutrition and they will get the point.

Then go to the grocery store and pick up everything 3J told you to eat. Follow his diet he sets for you and lift hard.

Repeat the latter for a year and you will be at your desired 175-180 @ 12~ BF as long as you stay dedicated.

yea I agree 3J showed me the light and I have put on 6-7 pounds in less then two months

macro 40p/40c/20f I try to stick to that, its what 3J sugested, around 300gp/300gc/90gf 3500 cals
lately I been up to 400p/350c/100f 4000-4500cals

and man why are you here anyway, just to argue with these guys? If you don't want to gain to much fat then do more cardio while bulking, seems pretty simple to me

Thanks, I don't no much about aas but I came here and other forums and researched for a few week before I began I wanted to learn how to go about it and find a good source and I did well on both because I still listen to the right people.

One thing I learned and stuck by is a 1st timer like me should just run test and test only at no more the 500mg per week until you learn how it will effects you then add other stuff on your next cycle or well into your cruse.
