I know it says you retain water and gain water weight, but cmon, I weigh myself and i weigh 190, i prob drink like 5 water bottles during my workout and at the end im pushing 197, it happens every workout lmao, than im back down
even 6 pounds of water i look so much bigger at the end, i never really put it to the test, but would that weight make me lift more or what?
