Dbol only for 12 weeks

ok...now that i have your attention, heres the layout for my next cutting cycle plan starting in may:

cycle:

week 1-12 test-e (600 mg/week)
week 1-12 arimidex (.5 mg eod)
week 7-14 anavar (75 mg/day)

*test pins willbe monday/thursday 300mg
* anavar will be 3 separate pills every 7
hours.

also adding rui clen/t3 for rat research:

Gonna do 2 weeks on/2 weeks off protocol with clen, something like:

20/20/40/40/60/60/80/80/100/100/80/60/40/20 for the 14 days on.

for t3, Gonna start low at maybe 25 mcg/day and work my way up to 50-75 mcg/day and run that for whole cycle excluding post cycle therapy (pct).

post cycle therapy (pct):

week 15-18 clomid (50mg/day)
week 15-18 nolvadex (40/40/20/20)
week 15-18 aromasin (12.5-25mg/day)

Supplements: multivitamin/taurine/protein isolate/creatine

Goals:

Looking to drop to 8-10 percent bodyfat with diet and cardio (hopefully t3/clen will help somewhat) while maintaining or gaining as much lean muscle as possible with the anabolics.

sample daily diet:

meal 1: 1 cup oatmeal
1 banana
1 slice whole grain bread
w/peanut butter
creatine drink mix

meal 2: tuna fish sandwich on whole grain
bread with carrots and apple

meal 3: 2 chicken breasts (no skin)
1 cup brown rice
1 cup mixed vegetables

meal 4 peanut butter jelly sandwich
whey protein isolate drink

meal 5 6 oz salmon
1 baked potatoe
1 cup broccoli

Aprox: 2600-2800 calories

Current stats: 24 yo, 5'6, 165, 11/12% bf

Previous cycle experience: test only cycle 500mg/week for 12 weeks...hit 182 before starting natural cut. Pct ended in january.

also should mention i have the clen already and will be using it on my rat next week to see how his body responds to it ahead of time.
 
Haha you crazy fucker. Cycle looks nice. If I were you I'd drop the clen and t3 and do an all out bulker before you cut. You'll need quite a bit more calories.

i hear ya...i def need mass...but i jus dont wanna be a bloated mess for summer. Plan on doing a test/deca/dbol with high calorie diet sometime next november/december though.

Yeah, I understand. You could always do a lean bulk and just run the t3 at 12.5-25mcg a day to keep metabolisim kicking. Do cardio. I'm not a fan of clen or other stims for fat loss but thats me. I don't think they are necessary.
 
yea i dont mind putting on any muscle mass, i just dont want much if any fat to go with it.

not very much ill give you that, but i'd say i've got about 10 pounds of fat to lose, looking to lose that, while also gaining some lean mass witht the test and anavar. Hopefully finishing off around 165-170 with around 8% bf.

Like i said before, i'm 24 got a lot of time to bulk, and will be doing a test/deca/dbol cycle in the winter.

i think those pics make me look better than i am...def not 8% but i'll get there....and LOL at that gif, steroids are my anti drugs...where you get that?
