What are reasonable goals in regards to increasing your deadlift..assuming one runs 2 10 weeks cycles per year (for size/strength not cutting) is 100 lbs possible? My sitaution ive only been doing deads for about 10 months..once i had my form down i was adding weight like crazy..obviously we all reach a certain level and things start to slow..i am still making headway but at a slower pace..i want to pull 600+ in a year or less
my current max was 510 but i have not pulled a max in quite some time as i have been concentraing more on heavy 2-5 rep pulls..
