Deadlift Training question

Hi i am a 47 year old with 6 years of training (took none months off big mistake) i wiegh 250 5'11 (carriying an extra 30lbs) bench 335lb x1,squat 365 x 5,dead 385 x 5. All my numbers ar about 10-20% of peak from when i took off.

My question i was going nowhere doing a 3x5 deadlift routine weekly. I dropped to 2 light warmups 135, 2x225,1a315,5x395,5x335 (weak left grip). I was stuck at 4x365.

Doing this few reps can i progress back up to my happy place 3x465? without injury.

IE fewer working sets.

Questions/comments

Oh and im taking 600mg test 3 and 600mg deca weekly in my 9th week.
 
some times auxillary work helps your main lift more than anything . throw in some heavy good mornings and see what happens .
 
Good point i am doing farmers walk for 50 paced 125lb each hand no strap x3 x2wk, and i do once a week heaby shrugs and alot of rows and back extensions with a 45lb plate .
 
hit it again today wen up 20lbs to 405 felt really strong banged out 4 good reps. I think my high volume days are OVER>
