I was ok until yesterday when I saw an advert for a job and I went for interview and the job required to be fit. I just lost a very good opportunity of my life.
I need some help. I am 233.69 lbs or 106kg. I am 6ft tall and I think I am quite strong since I don't train and I lift 80 kgs on bench and I can do 25 minutes light jogging not serious stuff though.
I know its a respectful forum so I know some people here are very experienced so please any suggestions totally welcomed. I would like to mention that I used Deca Test Enanthate and Propionate.
I have some complexes and issues but I don't mind reality. I am just 25 years old and I would hate to lose more opportunities. So please help me.

You should get a diet coach. You don't need steroids. You need to fix your diet to lose weight. If you don't know one, there are some guys here that offer you their services. Many guys here have had great success with them. Perhaps they could put you on a carb cycling or ketogenic diet.

It is honestly a big question in my head. I would like to use something with my diet. And I don't have a coach so maybe someone would like to help me?
 
How many cycles have you done? I dont read every word usually but do you have experience in the gym? And no steroids dont burn fat but they sure as hell speed up process. STAY AWAY FROM ARIMATIZING STEROIDS! when you are high bf they are a disaster to your body. I need to know more about you to access i was fat when i started myself still am a little lol

Steroids help you grow muscle. It doesn't burn fat.

I would recommend contacting 3J then. He has helped a lot of guys and I promise he can help you with your goals. He is a whole lot cheaper and safer than steroids too.

Can you post a pic op? Diet is really important for fat loss but certain hormones will speed up process but you cant just be a fat guy that never lifts your condition and experience will determine alot

Please get educated, Google the function of AAS in the human body.
In short, steroids do not burn fat tissue. Diet and cardio will lessen and burn fat tissue. AAS changes you metabolism to be able to synthesize protein into muscle at a higher rate. Again this is a very simple overview of what they will and can do. There is more.

So first you need to understand their function. You need to get your diet under control and learn how to train.
 
At 6', 230lbs ain't a bad weight to carry around. You must be way out of shape if you think your fat. Steroids won't do much for you if your diet and training aren't on point. Just the facts...

Thats what i was thinking just didn't know how to word it im 6ft 270 so 230 didn't sound horrible
 
Instead of light jogging 25 mins,, try more intense running for 25 mins,,, hit the gym and do high rep exercises with little rest between sets,, lower your calories... Do that and four weeks from now you'll see and feel a difference ,, keep it simple
 
Hello Thanks everyone. 49R I go to gym every other day. I started a month ago. I do 80 kgs on bench. I will post a photo for you to see my shape. Is so bad. SO SO BAD. It would be nice if I knew how to include everything and get rid of it as soon as possible

I have done only one cycle to be honest. I have many clenbuterol pills but never took them.

Seriously, if you don't fix your diet FIRST, you'll get nowhere fast. AAS is a fantastic tool, but like all tools, it has a place and time in which it is best applied.

I've been in the process of a complete overhaul of my body over the last four plus years, and it wasn't until I took a step back and truly reevaluated everything that I gave in and started to learn as much as I could about diet. I hired 3J (money well spent), took a nutrition course at the University, and continue to try to refine my diet to the point of perfection.

Use the anger and disappointment that you're feeling to fuel that change. It's a long and arduous path, but the destination is well worth the journey.

I'm often asked how I've been able to go from almost 500lbs to almost half that and still add 30+lbs of muscle in the process. It's all down to dedication, determination, consistency, and most importantly diet. AAS is something you can benefit from once you've mastered the rest.

You really should not use AAS now. I recommend getting blood work done to see if your hormone levels are healthy. Get on a ketogenic or carb cycling diet to lose body fat. And try to hit the gym 3 times a week lifting weights and doing some cardio. Another great thing to do is play a sport. Get on a soccer team, basketball team or whatever sport you like. This will get you moving and having fun.

I already researched about Ketosis many days ago and I found it to be the only way I think.

ps seeing this photos makes me want to puke. no wonder women avoid me. my life its upside down because I cant get a job or a girl coz of fat and the fact I am fat makes me miserable. so its hard to put the pics up but yes guys I really need help.

Ya bro get some time in the gym at least a year cardio diet blood work all that good stuff aas is not a good option at this point dont worry youll lose it be patient

You can get help. 3J is a good man. He knows what he is doing and he knows what you are going through. Connect with him and start down the path of becoming healthier.

When I started a Keto diet, I lost 20 pounds in my first 30 days. I had strong cravings the first week or two and I felt tired, but the feedback your scale gives you makes it easy to keep going.
 
If you are willing to spend the money a drug cycle would have cost you, you can actually spend that amount (or less) getting 3J to help you. I went from about 28% body fat to about 14% body fat in a scant 4 months. LOTS of hard work was needed, but when you have someone to show you the path it is far easier to follow it than if you have no clue what to do. Trust me, diet is most of the issue. I honestly thought I had a health diet - and compared to the average Joe I did, but it was not really a healthy diet after all.

3J has taken people FAR worse off than you and turned them into body builders, so I would recommend his services without reservation.
 
I dont want you to think that we are pushing you to use a certain guy. If you don't want to use 3J for whatever reason go and find someone else that can help you. The key is that you get some help to get you started.
