Dear Steroid Forum, I am so FAT. And it is the worst illness a human can have, HELP!

I got a lot of respect for op for actually posting those pics. He can get in great shape in 1 years time imo. Just got to stay committed to the gym and all that good shit. AAS can be used later on, but OP, you came to a hell of a forum and everyone here is always ready to help.

He told me to drink it not inject it as well, and then suggested a steroid mix like a shake. I just needed the recipe.... :P

Thank you mate I really appreciate it. I told you I need a coach I know but I am a bit tight on a budget now. Don't take it as avoidance.

@49ER you stated Test must be low. Why is that? And another thing I have a problem since I have bed problem. I think is not just fat but steroid misuse. I cant have a proper erection. I cant finish but I cant go hard. This troubles me as well!
 
Guys I just wanted to say thanks. I know a coach is very good. As I said I apply for jobs I get a small check from the unemployment office it barely gets me a month. I was ashamed to say it but since I have the courage now this is the reason I haven't hired 3J's yet. If I could I so want to get fit. I really wanted that job. My fat mate me lose my dream job really. So please don't think I am a dreamer or just promise.
 
Have you ever gotten blood work done to see what your Total Testosterone, Estradiol and Prolactin levels are at? If low, they could mean you are hypogonadal. Hypogonadism often has symptoms of obesity and ED.

And yes when over wheight test will fick you up you become a estrogen producing machine i can give you advise but first id like to see you drop fat and get into better condition
 
Maz P, I just have to cut to the overall principal here. These guys have been giving you basic good advice from post #1. I keyed in and told you to get educated. You were brave and honest enough to post the pics, good for you man.

However I really don't know why this discussion is still being fed with this that or the other in Q' and advice. Listen all you need to do is get your diet in order, work out a little (for now) and do a shit load of cardio. There is more than running and or any just one thing. IE: when I want to loose FAT tissue I myself like the stationary bike I can blast and cruse all in one session. Then I can switch to another or start with something real hard and then get on the bike. The key is to get that heart rate up and burn fat. This will also be beneficial to a world of possible ailments.

As you have been told steroids don't burn or reduce fat tissue as you want. It's going to be a long haul for you as per what I had seen in the pics but even without a coach (YET) you can make a big dent in your fat hence look. Steroids will do NOTHING for that gut and the lifting is for tone and building muscle mass.. Cardio will burn fat as you tone and build. You should focus on changing your diet and calories and type of calories.

Listen if you are working or at least eligible for work and looking it's NO embarrassment to be broke. You should hear my story an why I'm basically broke at my age. In time you will be able to pay for some coaching BUT waist no time reading about diets for your purpose and begin NOW this long haul.

There are NO SHORTCUTS that will work n stay with you. Get a plan and some change in diet and write it down. Plan your workout and do cardio post workout or you'll never get your workout in,

Good for you to come here and be honest. your in good hands here and we want to see you progress. So lets hear your plans and schedules then the progress #'s :)

I just carried the joke man, nobody said you did suggest a steroid in a private message. An admin can clarify.
About photos I guess oldmusclemike is right. Its not just carrying the conversation I just explained why I cant do the awesome dieting right now.
 
Everyone is suggesting around the web that is best if I go for the LCHF diet, and as the research I have done the past two days I have to eat fat and oils that are not processed like olive oil and saturated fats and unsaturated fats. I also read that I don't have to eat many times to boost metabolism is better to eat when hungry, the thing is I found it out at a doctor's website but dunno how real those things he says.
 
You should try a Ketogenic Diet. Eat at least 150 grams of protein daily. And keep Net Carbohydrates (Total Carbs less Fiber) to under 20 grams daily.

Your other constraint is how many calories you want to consume daily. Many people have a hard time eating more than 1700 calories on a Ketogenic Diet. I would recommend targeting 1700 calories daily. So the remainer of you calories can come from fat or protein.

I am basing this on Lyle McDonald's book on Ketogenic Diets. This is the fastest way to drop body fat. Make sure your kidneys are healthy prior to starting a diet like this.
