Decent progress but.......

Ok from what ive seen you like to know some stats to better understand where the person asking questions is coming from and how to guide your reply... So im 32 just over 6', about 230 with muscular build but carrying some fat... I dont know the BF %.. i can wear a 36 if that helps..lol Anyways... Im on my second cylce of prohormones. The first cycle was 4 weeks and i think ill go 6 weeks on and 3 weeks off this time...
Im taking 3 Andro extreme 2ea. at lunch and 1AD before6pm and i figured after 3 weeks of that i might take 5diol 250 with the 1ad.
Anyways Im about to run out of the 3 extreme and what i like about it is it has ephedra and i can gain strength and lose fat at the same time..
But It looks like im not goin ot be able to buy it any more since it has ehedra....I always ordered from Netrition.com.
I ordered stacker2 for the ephedra but there wont be any Ph in it so what do you think i should do? Take another 1AD in its place???

Just for info ive been doin a cycle type workout and it seems very slowly to be working... Its this,
1st cycle-4 weeks...
Mon.
5 sets of flat bench lowering reps to around 2 or 3
2 Tri excersizes 5 sets each
Wed.
5 sets of decending reps squats
5 sets calves
Thur.
5 sets heavy dumbell rows
3 sets pulldowns
2 excersizes for Bi's 5 sets each

Next cylce...3 to 4 weeks then back to first cycle
Mon.
5 sets heavy D. Incline bench
2 tri excersizes... 5 sets each
Thur.
5 sets heavy deadlifts
3 sets wide pulldown
2 Bi excersizes 5 sets each

And no i dont usually do abs or cardio... Im not interested in getting ripped..lol I just want to get bigger and stronger while keeping my waist smaller than my chest...lol

When your married and have a kid you start feeling guilty not seeing them much goin to work all the time then goin to the gym for an hour at night.... Those that are married prob. understand...lol
And after kids something terribly wrong happens to your sex life..LOL ugh!!!... maybe someone knows what i mean about that too..lol

you dont have noway near enough exercises, if your going to work out just 2x week you need full body workout i.e
squat , bench press, barbell curl, deadlif, tricep extension, etc, etc all in one day, that way you will burn cals and add mass and strenth,
 
weird!

I wonder why noone has anything to say.... did i say something that amde me look like a total newbie and not worthy of comment..lol oh well...im sure ill learn somehow..lol
