hello men, i ordered some liquid letro from RUI products last sunday and i still havent had a response to say it has been shipped or recieved anything?? i got the confirmation email after ordering but it says you get another so you can track your parcel?? does anyone know of any uk based companies? cheers

I'm sure you'll be fine. I'm here in the states, but 3 days after I placed my order (Saturday) my package was here (Tuesday). They are a quailty company recommended by many on these boards. You could try sending them an email to see where they are in processing your order.
