Hey ladies, tonight I was working on back. I did the iso lateral machine and the weight seemed really heavy, but I kept going. next up was seated cable rows - first set. the weights seemed extra heavy again, and on the 4th rep, my muscles in my deltoid muscle totally froze mid rep
I put the cable back and stood up, I could lift my arms past about chin level and couldn't move them arcoss my chest . both of them were throbbing everytime I moved them internally or up. I couldn't even finish my workout and its 2 hours later now and I still can't get full ROM out of them!!
BTW, i am on clen. this am I woke up with major pain in my calves (but didnt' train them recently)... and now my delts are screwed!! I can tell its a muscle pain, and its directly on the delt, the meaty part on the side of the shoulder and below
I also have pains in my hands since clen.. is this normal?? anyone have an input?
