Deploying to Afghanistan, start 1st cycle.

First post.

So I'm deploying to Afghanistan sometime in the near future, Bagram, and was wondering what kind of cycle I should take.
I weigh roughly 173lbs, 6ft 0in, bf% ??? no idea. I was just curious and wanted some opinions on what I should take. I've read alot about PH's and how half of the people like them and half think they're garbage. And I've been training for 3 years now, 21yo. I don't want to hear about how I'm too young blahfoo'nblah. I'm just looking for someone to help me out. I'll be there for 120 days and I'm wanting to come back a BEAST.

Yea man, just wait till your body finishes maturing. It'll be like driving a half made car on the highway at 90 mph.

Everything is wrong with a cycle when going to 'ghan. Fuck, don't they teach you anything about what your conditions are going to be like over there? or did you sleep through those sessions? You'll be next to useless and dead weight to your platoon. Unless of course your Bob on the Fob, then I can't even talk to you.

idk guys, gear could be helpful, if i recall hitler juiced his soldiers to make them more aggressive, and they nearly took over the world

Fobits have no problem with cleanlines

Allot of detractors for it; extreme heat, lack of facilities to workout in, ( Caveman is what we did), depending on MOS: a distinct lack of quality calories and Allot of serious cardio and muscular endurance.. not to mention the chance of a blue falcon in your platoon/company that is out to make points with the 1SG. Plus a billion other things that being in douchebagistan brings with it.

this panzy wont be leavin any fob if hes on a 90 day rotation has to be air force. if you can hit the gym and get your calories don't be a pussy and do it

Wait til you get back. Like stated above, way too much cardio, lack of quality calories. You will not be able to train and diet the way you should. Or you can ignore all of us run your gear and come back as anything but a beast with nuts that don't work.

Lol I'm on a 120 day deployment. And I appreciate everyone on the quick responses. You say I'm a panzy due to the fact of my job? No one else in the Air Force can do what my shop does. "don't be a pussy and do it". Hmm, thanks pal my question wasn't whether or not to do it, but what I should run for a first cycle. Just trying to gain some weight. If you all think I can make some serious gains in 4 months natty then that's cool.

Well first cycle is always testosterone only. cant get simpler than that. Good luck with your deployment airman, thank you for your service

Is taking 10-15 minutes out of your precious time to read the stickies too much for you? All the info you need and looking for is there. Do some research before jumping into shit blindly and then fucking your body in the long run.

Ps. You are too young. But it's your body you'll be potentially fucking up.

Not worth it bro. If you're dead set on starting wait till you get back and make it a test only cycle. I know you don't want to hear it but just like everyone else I'm still going ot tell you to wait a couple years. It will be beneficial to wait.

You're way too young. Also, coming on line telling us you are a soldier in Afghanistan....
don't you know the internet is being monitored??

well if your first cycle and you don't know how youll react. id say a 3rd world country would be the best place to start. ps gimme props are calling air force. hopefully you don't have to run a pft over there not sure they got stationary bikes.

Regardless of the service, he's going to Bagram for fuck sake. They have Burger King and Green Beans Coffee there...it's not a COP or FB where the war actually happens daily. Worst thing he'll most likely face is loud noises and dust. Probably not a good idea to start this young, just check out the diet threads, get a routine going and use creatine with a ton of water. Get a base going before you actually add gear in a few years. Going from body weight/military PT to a lifting regimen (based on your stats), you add gear and your muscles will end up outpulling your ligaments and tendons and you'll get ridiculous injuries and realize we were right. Good luck overseas.
