Dianabol and Winstrol 6 week cycle!

Goal: Gain 10 pounds

Week 1: 20mg Dianabol
Week 2: 30mg Dianabol
Week 3: 20mg Dianabol
Week 4: 1ml/50mg Winstrol (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Week 5: 1ml/50mg Winstrol (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Week 6: 1ml/50mg Winstrol (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

25mg of PROVIRON EA
600mg Milk Thistle EA
Clomid: Week 6, and 7.

Dianabol will be taken on split doses. (Example; 10mg morning, 10mg night)

Need Help for designing my PCT..... can someone help me here???
And also what do you thing of my plan?

That is a horrible cycle period. You always need testosterone as a base. Always. Oral only cycles are stupid on so many levels. You are going to inhibit your natural test production with these compounds and have no exogenous test in your body to handle the side effects. There is no need to run Dbol and Winstrol (winny) together on top of that. Both are very liver toxic. Winstrol won't do much unless you are getting ready to step on stage to compete and need to dry out. Obviously you are not competing. So my advice is to not take steroids at all at this point. If this is your 3rd cycle and you only weigh 151 pounds, then you are obviously not educated as far as diet and/or training. You could easily gain 10lbs naturally with a good diet and lifting routine without the chance of screwing up your endocrine system and having a dick that doesn't work. So I recommend you hit up 3J in the diet section and invest in a diet plan from him and see some of his work/results. You would be surprised. Once you put on some mass naturally, then you can study up on steroids and actually run a good/educated cycle. someone more experienced huh? been in this game 10 years cuz i'd say thats prolly 10 more years then you. my constructive view is that your either trolling or another zyzz kid that wants to get lean but not bulky and doesn't wanna work at it

Im not a bodybuilder. I been in up and down on my weight because i played different rolls on different plays.

Anyway, im not aiming to be a BEAST, I prefer being just muscular enough, Im preparing for a real important play thats coming soon, its not for a bb contest nor nothing similar to it, thats why im trying this cycle.

Can anyone post a good post cycle therapy please?
