Hi ladies, had a quick question. Getting ready to start my first cycle of Anavar, and I noticed some women get great results cutting, and some experience water retention. I need to drop some bf, and would like optimal results with this. Would a 55p/35c/10f split look ok? My carbs are all loe GI, only pre and post workout, rest is protein and veggies. Im around 1500 cals a day. Also, can you still have a cheat day?
