Diet Critique/ Bf Estimate?

What's going on everyone. So I am trying to cut down to 10% BF and I want a critique of my diet to see if I'm on the right track. Also I'm not sure of my BF so I will post some pics to get an estimate.

Stats

5'10

185

Training - 5 years






Training Days:

Meal 1

6 Egg Whites
1/2 Cup Oats
6oz Grapefruit
1 Whole egg
2oz Chicken Breast


Meal 2:
6oz Chicken Breast
2oz Sweet potato
1 cup broccoli

Meal 3
6oz Chicken Breast
2oz Sweet potato
1 cup broccoli

Meal 4 PWO
Whey Protein Shake
4oz Chicken Breast
4oz Sweet potato
1 cup broccoli

Meal 5:
6oz Chicken Breast
2oz Sweet potato
1 cup broccoli

Meal 6:
4oz Chicken Breast
1 cup Broccoli
1grapefruit

Comes out to about 2400 cals
I do 20mins cardio after lifting on training days also.

Non-Training Days

Same as training days only I only have carbs with breakfast and I do 45mins LISS

ok.. what i would change is i would follow a PRN philosophy with the carbs....

focus your carbs to breakfast, pre, and post workout... that means 3 of your meals in the day should be relatively carb free (except for veggies)

^^simple and very effective... I'm pretty much sticking to this way of eating, down to 250 and quite lean from 290 at xmas
