Diet, cycle, workout advices needed

Hello everyone.

I been looking around for the past couple months for this cycle. I think I finally came up with an idea what my cycle, diet and everything else should be. My diet, workout I never had someone to look at so it would be really helpful if you guys could give couple tips.
Stats:
Age 22
5,11"
190lb
15-20% of bf ( not sure)
Goals: gain lean muscles as much as possible.

Cycle:
Wk 1-12. Test e at 500 mg/so
Wk 1-14 Armidex at .5 Ed
Pct: clomid at 50 mg? Ed
Nolva 40mg ? Ed
Not sure how much i should take ...
14 days after my last pip
My first pip will be in 2 weeks if everything is checked

Workout:
usually I work out 1:10 and 20 mins of cardio or abyss
Monday- chest, triceps (abyss )
Tuesdays- back, biceps ( cardio)
Wed- legs , traps
Thursday- triceps, chest(cardio)
Friday- biceps, back ( low abyss)
Sat and Sunday rest

* I switch the order on the second half of the week just to make sure that im working both muscles enough and give enough break.
Any note on this?


Diet and timing:
Minimum sodium ( sucks)

3:30 am: omelette ( 4 eggs -2 whole and 2 white) couple grams
Of tuna
1 scoop of shake
A serving of multivitamin.(which doesn't say how much mg are in it)
6:00 am 140g of oatmeal( uncooked with fat free milk)
8:00am of 225g of non fat greek yogurt. ( a banana and couple grams of almonds on it - not sure how much)
10:00am 6 eggs ( 2 whole, 4 white)
170g of broccoli

11:30 am 140g of noodles (whole grain) 200g of chicken
4 egg white
( I put some red sauce and little on cheese)
1500mg of Creatine, 1000mg of glutamine, 700 mg of tribulus
3:30pm 1 sweet potato( 180g+-)
And a shake
4:00 pm 1000 mg of bcaa
4:30 workout
6:00 pm 1000 mg of bcaa
1 shake
1000mg of amino acids
140g of noodles (whole grain) 200g of chicken
7 egg ( 5 white, 2 whole)

1500mg of Creatine, 1000mg of glutamine, 700 mg of tribulus, 1400mg of fish oil

8:00 pm bed time

I work from 4am till 230pm those are my breaks. I been on this diet for a little awhile usually I change the noodles for a ride beans meal.
What could I change or improve at?

Needles and syringes:

I bought a 3cc 23gx1.5"
Is it ok?
And what place would be the best place to inject it?
Glute , arms , or quad? Those are the 3 places that I read about.

Blood check:
I never used any drugs or had any health problem
Should I check it anyways?


Well first off thanks to take your time to read. Second I know there are a lot questions but I'm just looking for a help to get to my best 95% of you guys have more experience than me.

good job man , glad to see u did some homework !!! shows alot . For pct go clomid 50/50/50/50 and nolva 40/40/20/20/ (thats 4 weeks at those doses everyday ) so what that means is for nolva , the 3rd and 4th week , u are taking only 20mg per day . the rest of your cycle is spot on , great beginner cycle . Except , u only need to take arimidex at .5 every OTHER day , not every day, that may be too much on the estrogen . pct starts 2 weeks after last pin . 23 G needles are good , same with 3cc syringes , however u may find 1.5" to be a little too long for quad injections . perfect for glutes though . inject into glutes , quads and delts . change up everytime . if u need help with where exactly to pin, check out spotinjections.com . for delts and quads , u may only want to push in 1" of the needle and leave some out , 1.5" may be too long , unless u have easy acess to new 1" pins
 
bloodwork is a good idea if u have acces too for a couple reasons . 1. to see where your levels are before cycle 2. test in between cycle shows if your gear is good and estrogen and everyhting else is in good levels 3. after cycle test shows u have recovered back to normal and are back to previous levels from before the cycle . other then that , train hard , eat well and rest , give it hell . u may also want to get some hcg for before pct if u have access . it will help for a smoother recovery
 
Thanks guys really appreciate it. I will try to get a 1" needle and try get a blood work , better to safe then sorry.
I will take my time on it to have everything right. Anyways appreciate the feedback
 
Good job brosef...If youre going to get new pins anyway i would also suggest possibly getting a .22 gauge or even .21 gauge for drawing out of the bottle then putting on a .23g before you poke. you may waste a tiny portion of juice this way but i find it alot easier to draw out with a bigger diameter and then poke with a brand new sharp pin. ( Be sure to return all pins to their caps and dispose of properly) Happy Lifting

Thanks bro I will look into to that. I'm ordering couple different needles to have it on hand, just to see what one will work the best for me.
 
G/l bro if I start a cycle it would be pretty similar to the one your going to start are you going to do a thread of your cycle with updates?
 
I will use this one bc there are a lot of information of what I will be doing.
I'm organizing everything, but soon as I start I will post couple pics.
I'm not really sure what i should expect but if I feel anything different ill post as well
Just don't want to annoying anyone.
