As was always the case everythings leaning out but the storage zones with mine being on my lower back. I ve not dieted since the last hurricane and forgot how much I hate this shit but hat s off to those of u that do....
Diet=no fast food
fried food
red meat cut 2/3
no snack except fruit or olives, peppers etc
cut back white breads, pasta s etc
Dieting 101
2.0 - 2.6 mph hour aerobics 20-45 ms pre or post w o or if I go 2 in a day.
