i am currently in college so i cant spend a fortune on loads of expensive foods, i eat healthy food, i.e chicken, turkey, lean steak, whole grain pasta, some veggies etc. i logged my food intake on average last week and got 1970 cals a day, 40 gs of fat (all from natural fats, nuts, natural pb etc) 100g complex carbs and 132 gs protein. i have nutritional supps like whey protein, veggie greens, multi vitamins and pre/post work outs.

any insight would be appreciated!

im 5'9, 17% bf, 21 years old, i go to the gym 5-6 days a week, weights mon-fri, hiit 3 days a week after workout for 25 minutes then the other 2 days just a light walk on the incline treadmill at a high incline for 20-30 minutes after workout. if i go a 6th day its just for cardio and my goal is to get around 12% hopefully by summer

How much do you weigh?

I can tell you without seeing your workout, that that's definitely an issue..but yeah, post what you do for training, what you weigh and your goal..that's a start :)
you think i should have more or less fat? and i know i need more protein around 200-250?
