Hello all im 5'11 214 around 10 percent right now. I have been cutting a few weeks on tren a test p and Winstrol (winny). also using t3 and clen 2 weeks then eca and t3.
I have a few questions though I have started to really drag with my diet like I have a hard time putting in the gym time. I have been doing around 100 carbs per day 300 grams of protein and 50 some grams of fat during my cut. so right around 2000 cals.
The question is I thought about doing cardio daily and going to a program that I strength train every other day so im sure to recover, I also thought about putting more carbs in my diet, maybe go 280 protein 160 carbs and 50 grams of fat. I have dieted in the past but I have just really had no energy. I still am able to put up heavy weights in the gym but the drive and motivation with this diet has suffered. I just wanted to see what yall think and if you could give me any advice. I probably wanna get down to the 205 range. And I figured I could go around 2000 cals because of the tren test and Winstrol (winny) would help me keep my muscle why reducing calories significantly.
