Dieting question, was going to post in diet but no one there

lowfat cuts of steak or lowfat roasts. i buy top round beef which has 5g fat per serving. i beat the shit out of it with a tenderizing hammer and cook it medium rare to keep it tender. a good steak rub can make any steak good lol.

also as far as chicken breast, i got sick of them too until i learned how to stuff them. cut a slit into them and stuff them with broccoli, spinach, non-fat ricotta, asparagus, spaghetti sauce, whatever you want. stick em in the oven and enjoy.

it's all about changing things up too. noone says you have to eat rice with chicken or oatmeal with eggs. hell i'll eat egg whites and sweet potatoes sometimes or chicken and cream of wheat. keep your tastebuds guessing.

I am a beef guy myself, only can handle so much chicken throuhout the day
But my protein sources are tuna, chicken, egg whites, and lean ground beef
I can prep all 5 meals within 30 min, quick and easy and works, I dont use this plan, but if u like beef, lean ground beef is cheap man and taste good, very filling
Even on my cut I eat lots of lean ground beef, tracking your macros is key to sucess bro, goodluck
Here is a good video for someone that is tight on a budget

Bro, ok, i dont like to read that, before any advice on food, im gonna give you some advice on life. If any one in your life is treating you poorly its time for them to fuck off out of your life, friends, girlfriend, it dont matter. You know you has you best interest in mind? YOU!! And if someones around who doesnt, time to go. If your girl isnt looking after you the way you want, see ya, same goes both ways, treat her like she wants too bro.

Now, i hear you on the chicken breasts, i can only do so much, i gag at them even before i start to chew lol. Extra lean ground beef is a helluva bang for your buck, eggs are too. Another thing i started to do, is look around at flyers for sales on things, you will save yourself a ton of dough doing this. Whey protein is great too. I buy whole chickens now and cook the thing up, $9 here in Canada for one and theres a few meals right there for a good price!

Yea I really need to take that life advice it's the fact that I have gotten so used to her. But I'm going to check into more beef. I know I have to be more dedicated just so much of the same gets boring

Now that did try pretty good, I guess I'm messing up because I stick to one meal. For instance chicken and rice, and 3hrs later chicken and rice again. So yeah it gets tiring

Good call on the stuffing. I used to make chicken breasts that were wrapped with a slice of thin ham, and between the two id put swiss cheese, bake it in the over. No issue eating that. I think the key with some protein sources, i guess even carbs too, is to add ingredients to make it tasty, i used to eat everything plain, like plain chicken breast and plain rice, plain ground beef and plain potatoes. I did that for so many year i cant do it any more, i literally gag every bite. Adding spices is good and even some sauces too, just be cautious of sugar content of some of the sauces if you dieting.

Also bags of frozen fish filets eg telapia, salmon, haddock etc. pan cook with some Cajun and its fantastic. I also enjoy baked beans as a carb source.

Or mix beans and brown rice and you have yourself 2 complimentary proteins that make a whole protein. Whole protein and carbs in the same bite.

Beans! Buy dried beans and learn how to cook them in a slow cooker (use google). It takes some forethought, but if you can push a button then you can make it work. Beans are some of the best food you can put in your body, and if you make it plain it just has no taste to them. They are usually 50% protein, 50% complex carbs. I keep tons in the freezer and bring them out when needed. I usually eat 1-2 cups a day, and it is especially good for an in-between meal.

Also, for chicken sucking I recommend buying chicken on the bone (split breast) and rubbing underneath the skin with salt, oil and some herbs. Cook it for 45 mins at 375. The bone contains all the flavor, and is practically calorie-less. Try it out.

Oh yea how did I forget beans... black beans, brown rice, chicken breast and some water in the slow cooker for like 6-8 hours. It tastes so good without any sauces
