Directline missing pins?

I know directline is a sponsor on this site, so I placed an order on 10/16 and got my package 10/19. Fast shipping but in the package all I received was the alcohol wipes and drawing needles. The most important part 25g needles and syringes box of 100 was missing! I emailed them they havent responded I checked my order status on their website said completed. Questions do you think they are shipping them seperate or shady business? Also shipping wasnt cheap either.

Could be shipped from two different places. I've never understood the point of buying needles and syringes separate. I'm sure they will either show up or answer your email and get it straight.

Because they used to be a sponsor and aren't anymore and the website owner would prefer you didn't link to a competitor of a sponsor.
