This I hope serves as a reminder to ppl, not just newbies but those of us that have more know how also.... Get your bloods checked. I have not " seemingly" ever had any issue with my hormone panel at any point, that was until my last test.. Whilst its not the end of the world, the reality is , for someone my age of 30 its disappointing to see my numbers in plain view. Hopefully the msg I can put forward is, get ur bloodwork done from time to time, doesn't matter if you cycle or not, get it done, for ur well being u should do it , both men and women. What prompted me to get this test done was, I have been pretty depressed of late, hard motivating myself to lift, my sleep patterns are a bit out of whack, I get tired alot, gees I catch train back from work I fall asleep on train after two mins, most notably, I have a decrease in libido big time and difficulty to achieve full erection.... So if any of these symptoms sound familiar, get ur bloods done, for ur own sake. Anyway no holding back , I will put up my complete results for all to see and hopefully it can remind at least one person to check themselves out also.....

That's the test, some of those numbers are, clinically in normal range, all be it the low end, but nth normal about it at age 30.... Obviously test, free test and e2 are all quite low given my age. So that sucks a proverbal one that's for sure... This came from bloodwork done at 8am too, so no fall from base given time of day/ night either... So get ur numbers checked, if u don't know what they are, u should know, so check .
