I am almost sure my bodyfat levels are the same or damn close to it. But when I sit down and eat 2 double cheeseburgers, large fries and coke with 2 apples pies, my stomach has to make space for that as does my intestine. And that is my usual before workout meal.
I can see my abs when I flex them form the front, but my waist has gone from a size 33 to a size 37 in 2 months. I stay do darn full that I simply cannot hold it in.
