well i missed my shoulder workout yesterday so today i had to do very heavy full shoulder n legs workout today.. i entered the gym at 3.50 pm and //came out at 7.20 pm.

it was hottt and i was hitting the irons well but now i have this shit like headache and my eyes hurt.. :( is this symptons of migraine..whenever i spend long hours in the gym, i get this severe headache post workout ..arnd i have a past record of suffering from meningitis aswell but thats gone now..
 
You burned yourself out man. Three and a half hours is nuts. After and hour and a half I am ready to die. Unless you spent most of that time checking out the treadmill hunnies.
 
lolzz nopes... there wasnt any pussy to hunt.. just me n the weights.. and now i m ready to die...
 
I always get "trap headaches". Back/Shoulder day.

The only other time I get ''em like that is if I do a ton of cardio which I hate to do so those are few and far between. ;)
 
I used to be in the gym for about 2-3hrs every day 6 days a wk. But finally realized I was way overtraining myself. Even if u're in the gym for much over 1.5-2hrs its really more counter productive then beneficial. U hit it too hard man. And even if u miss a day of training(we all have to sometimes) doesn't mean u need to kill yourself the next training session. I mean still bust ass in the gym and maybe workout a bit longer, but 3.5hrs...damn thats crazy!!
 
If you train that long youll end up doing more harm then good.
Cut it down to 1,5 hours and rest less between sets.
