DNP - A little advise from experiences

Hi guys. Before any Negatives I didn't join site for that. I have done my research. What I would like is just some advise from people who have used it.

Started a 4 day cycle at 200mg no effect so I stopped thinking it may be bunk source.

Week later I started another cycle at 400mg (same source) popped one morning and one night around 10am-pm

Currently on 6th day sides are -

- yellow spunk
- pure orange-yellow urine
- med heat (comes and goes) sometimes break a 'little' sweat.
- little lethargic
- fast, small breaths
These sides are all more than tolerable and don't affect me much day to day.

Now as from your experiences I was thinking of upping dose to 600mg and pop the other 200mg around mid afternoon.

Just thinking if it would be wise to play 'safe' for a couple more days or as I'm on day six and it's built up in my system I'm at max performance for dose, so just up it and see how tolerable sides are from 600mg for couple days?

14.5st from start. 15%bf (male) 25

Planning on running for 14-20 days.

I'm not doing any exercise while on DNP and keeping to a keto diet. (I think I have started to worry myself from horror blogs)

I don't understand your logic in upping the dose.

Your comfortable at 400mg & combined with a keto diet, the dnp will obviously do a good job for fat loss.
So why increase to 600? People always increase the dose far too quickly under the false presumption that no sides = not working.
It is working, stick to a comfortable level - unless you actually want to feel like shit.
More is not always better.


I have used dnp several times, never gone over 400mg because their is simply no need if your diet is on point while you run it.

Also, be prepared to read alot of posts like "dnp is poison bro" lol...this is a very anti dnp board :)

im going to close this thread... dnp is a very dangerous drug and should not be used for fat loss. you could do the same thing with diet and exercise alone.. why put such a dangerous poison in your body??

rip makes a great point too.. why would you want to up the dose?? do you want to become another death statistic for dnp??

my 2 cents.. shit my 10 cents.. get off dnp.. do it natural.. be safe.. educate before you medicate.. its your body, you only get one
