DNP and Heat.

I have done multiple DNP cycles and was wondering if the amount of heat you produce/feel is in direct correlation to the cals burned. I ask because I have done 400mg ED in several cycle and some I am sweating like a slave and others Im not really hot at all, and I was thinking of bumping it to 600mg ED next time if thats the case.

MAybe its just the differences in the batches that I got, some may be weaker than others I dont know.

no you dont have to feel hot or sweat to burn fat on DNP. temp makes a big difference in how you feel but not in how much fat is burned.

i know that because 4 years ago when i first tried it, i got it from a guy who has a background in chemistry and knew alot about it and i asked that same question. summer turned into fall and i was worried that because i didnt feel it as much as i did in the summer, that my fat loss would slow down or something. it worked equally. i also did it jan last year and burned off some serious fat. 13 pounds in 8 days i believe, but gained back like 3. still incredible.

Yes, that is true in my experience and in my research.

As I understand it, the heat that you feel is not directly related to the calories you are burning. There may be some coorelation, but not a cause/effect relationship.

same here . if you want to feel heat just up those carbs lol and you will feel even hotter .

YEah same here I went to 600mg for 4 days once and man the diff between 400mg and 600mg is like Night and day I was dying.

It all depends on the batch for me. I didnt even feal hot on my last run of 400 mg. However in some batchs I feal like a wounded bear I just want to lie down and die.
