DNP log (starting tomorrow, last minute advice?)

I dont get this everyone detours people from tren says wait for more cycles under your belt talks about how bad reactions and sides ect..... but dnp can be done safely? even though we all know it is poison a real toxin.... heroin can also be done safely lol

Actually, advice given regarding DNP is usually not wait - but just don't do it period. There is no comparison between the two, but each has their own risks.
 
Wow this thread wen't crazy real quick. Thanks for chiming in Mrrippedzilla and thanks for the additional info it's always appreciated. I will run to the store and see if I can grab some taurine.


if people had actually bothered to read the OPs original thread that he linked - it would have been VERY clear that he has done a good amount of research and certainly isn't some random clueless newbie.


I'm not your typical uncontrollable fatty... If I want to do something, it will happen, period. I didn't get to where I am in life giving in to sudden urges. The reason I became overweight was not because I couldn't control myself, it was because I literally did not care to. I had some health issues (thalassemia minor) that made it nearly impossible to have a consistent workout routine due to periodic extreme lethargy that I recently got under control and pretty much immediately decided to take control of my weight and start hitting the gym. Having days/weeks where you don't have energy to even get out of bed can be discouraging and I just decided to quit caring about taking in surplus cals, I thought it was my life and I would never have energy like a normal person. Once I started the proper vitamin supps, energy was through the room and haven't had a down day like that in over 6 months. Will I keep the weight off after? not even a question, not a concern. It will happen and I will strive to gain as much muscle mass as possible in the process. I fully understand counting macros, have meal plans, am doing totally fine 2 weeks in to a deep keto diet and could care less about eating carbs or cheating.


I will continue the cal deficit and keto, I know the carb craving will be strong, but so am I... We'll see who wins :)

Dropped the first dose about 5 hours ago, about to hit the gym. Feel nothing so far, just exhausted but it's been a crazy day, I still have energy so I'm going to try to get chest and back pretty good.
 
come on guys, let's stay civil. remember this is an internet forum :) we're all actually 15 years old, 300lbs, and posting from our parents basement ;)

so the hotel gym is just three treadmills and up to 25lb dumbbells... does not make for a great chest/back workout... especially with no bench... So I just did some cardio. There is no scale in this gym either. I called a gym just across the street that is legit and only $5 day pass so I'll hit that late night or tomorrow. Hoping to get an accurate weight here soon so likely will get there tonight.
 
updated progress in post #4, going to try and edit it every day so everything is on the first page making it easy to read all the progress. not sure why I can't edit the OP otherwise I'd have put it there.

thanks guys, woke up around 7. had breakfast and dropped 2nd dose. Feel great energy today and nothing out of the ordinary, any heat I had last night is gone.

planning on doing both to keep conversation flowing, but also having the detailed log in one place. Having used a lot of other peoples logs in my research before starting, I really appreciated the ones that had a detailed easy to read record in one place.
 
just got back from gym, this is day 2 of 250mg. little to no sides. weighed in 283.8 tonight so lost a pound? could be water not sure, I've been slamming water and pedialite and pissing like a race whores... so don't think I'm dehydrated. not much to report but will put here is a detailed breakdown. looks like posts are locked after a day or so so I'll just have to throw stuff up here, maybe the last post of the thread I'll compile everything so it's easy to read.

Woke up feeling great. Good energy, not fatigued. Felt heat last night after workout and during the night, but nothing serious. This morning all noticeable heat is gone. The very observant person can probably feel something at this point and even yesterday, but the effects could easily be overlooked and not even noticed by someone not paying attention. It's noon now, just had lunch. feel a bit tired. Should be heading to the gym around 5pm.

Just took a nap, seems like either lying down or sleeping increases temp for some reason. It's comfortable at this point, feels like I was lying in the sun all day and came in to lie down but my skin was still hot. Kind of a comforting nostalgic feel if anything. My appetite is starting to slightly increase, but nothing crazy. still sticking to keto.

6:30pm just did some cardio. I will be including my macros for the day at the end of today's entries. Feel fine, very slight if any heat even during cardio. Going to the gym later.

Just got back from the gym, another good session. Felt strong, lifts were on par with normal and even made some progress on some. No abnormal heat or sweating this time but I was working bis/tris/shoulder/forearm so it was a smaller muscle group day. Weighed in at 283.8, I was not expecting to lose a pound the first day but there are so many variables with water I'd sooner write it off than read in to it at this point. Picked up some Taurine at rite aid, started taking that tonight.


Here are my macros for the day, they are pretty standard numbers representing the diet I've been on, been using a lot of protein powder since I'm not at home though and utilized the free eggs and sausage links in the breakfast buffet here.

You won't really feel much on 250 until you crank the dose up to at least 400mg. Till then the DNP "sides" will be extremely minimal

woke up feeling SKINNY. wen't and took a look in the mirror def thought I looked skinnier in the mid section, I'm not giving DNP all the credit though as I've been killing cardio, weights, and been sticking to a really good cal deficit keto diet. I had my wife verify that I look different to make sure I wasn't crazy and she noticed right away, she said my stomach in particular looks better and top abs/obliques are making an early appearance. About to eat breakfast and drop dose #3.

appetite is not good ended up only taking a few bites of sausage/eggs before taking dose and just have no desire to eat. didn't eat again until 1pm where I finished my breakfast that I packed to go in the car. felt wrecked and passed out in car for about 45mins.

Just got home and still have no desire to eat, I'm really behind on my meals so I just ate some protein sludge. Possibly going to gym tonight for cardio, if not I'll just lift at home. no sides to speak of other than a bit of stomach cramping and lethargy.

went to gym, this was the first time my lifts weren't great. I still did the full weight I normally do but couldn't do the same amount of sets. Did cardio, sweat like crazy but didn't feel too hot. Weighed in at 284.2 so + 1/2 lb. got home, didn't want to eat still but made myself because I could feel my body needed it, started getting light headed.
