One last point of data and thought now that I've been off of DNP quite some time I wanted to give some follow up info.
As of about 1 week after discontinuing use I had absolutely zero side effects left over, the whites of my eyes returned to normal color, energy returned, muscles filled out, bloating dropped etc...
I lost 19lbs on DNP and have continued to lose fat and gain muscle naturally since. I have not noticed any rebound where I started gaining any weight/fat back.
I did NOT notice any significant "anabolic" rebound that many have mentioned... training was at normal weight just less reps/sets. I had to work a bit to get back where I was, it was not right back to normal and there certainly wasn't a noticeable "anabolic rebound"
My blood pressure BEFORE DNP was high, my most recent physical showed an elevated BP that I confirmed at home multiple times, it was between 145/80 on a good day to 165/80 on a bad day. It had been creeping up for the last few years as I got fatter and I chose to ignore it and pretend like it wasn't happening until this last doctors visit confirmed it officially. My highest reading was 197/?? a year or more ago, can't remember exact Diostalic. AFTER DNP my blood pressure has not exceeded 135/79 and is testing REGULARLY below 120/80. Just an hour ago I tested it at 117/79. I will not 100% contribute this return to very healthy BP to DNP directly as I also began a heavy cardio training regimen during the cycle that I have kept doing since. I believe this drop in BP to be a combo of fat loss and increase in cardio so if anything this post should be encouraging people to lose fat not to use DNP specifically, but DNP did help me lose a chunk of fat much quicker than I could have naturally. That said, the next time I use it, it will be to try and get the veins to pop on my abs (aka a LONG time from now)... I am in no hurry to hop on it again and/or depend on it as my go to for weight loss, I am working on getting my diet nailed down to the level of a pro and working on changing my training around to be optimal.
