DNP log (starting tomorrow, last minute advice?)

I must say even though I don't like dnp you made some impressive progress! I wish you the best I hope you do take this nice push and take it all the way, Respect bro.

great job bro. I am on day 1 right now and your pics are inspiring to last all 21 days. TURN THE HEAT UP!

best of luck man! just don't turn the heat up too high and I know you've done it before but I can't help but urge you to cut those days back a bit :) I'm sure we'd all enjoy seeing a log if you're doing one!

Looks like you held a tin of water? You had another pic way leaner than that

same pic just put it together with the other one, i forgot to blur tats on it so I just blured some stuff and put it with the before pic. might look different blurred? not sure

you look smaller in this pic other one I can't tell a difference

ya 20lbs isn't a huge difference on somebody my weight so it's not a crazy drastic transformation, but it's 20lbs closer to where I need to be. The look isn't drastically different, most of it actually came off my legs and lower stomach so I get that it's kinda hard to tell what's going on from these pics. I notice it more in my clothes, in the first pic I'm wearing an xxl the black shirt is an xl and the orange shirt is a L. I can wear a large shirt now and that's kind of a big deal to me, also my pants are getting pretty absurd, I could almost fit a midget in there with me at this point and need to go shopping.

20lbs is 20lbs I'm not your mom or dad I just want people to be healthy I actually care about most people believe it or not. I think you would be 100× better off running low dose tren for a very long extended cruise fuck what people tell you, stay healthy get blood work that's what matters not all the parrot talk from guys that never done it before.

as of now I feel good continuing this naturally for the moment until I get to a lower bf% and continue to build a good foundation, then I fully plan to hop on some of the goodies. I won't be doing this again until I'm much leaner, It wasn't a crazy painful experience, but it's certainly not something I'm interested in putting my body through again any time soon.

One last point of data and thought now that I've been off of DNP quite some time I wanted to give some follow up info.

As of about 1 week after discontinuing use I had absolutely zero side effects left over, the whites of my eyes returned to normal color, energy returned, muscles filled out, bloating dropped etc...

I lost 19lbs on DNP and have continued to lose fat and gain muscle naturally since. I have not noticed any rebound where I started gaining any weight/fat back.

I did NOT notice any significant "anabolic" rebound that many have mentioned... training was at normal weight just less reps/sets. I had to work a bit to get back where I was, it was not right back to normal and there certainly wasn't a noticeable "anabolic rebound"

My blood pressure BEFORE DNP was high, my most recent physical showed an elevated BP that I confirmed at home multiple times, it was between 145/80 on a good day to 165/80 on a bad day. It had been creeping up for the last few years as I got fatter and I chose to ignore it and pretend like it wasn't happening until this last doctors visit confirmed it officially. My highest reading was 197/?? a year or more ago, can't remember exact Diostalic. AFTER DNP my blood pressure has not exceeded 135/79 and is testing REGULARLY below 120/80. Just an hour ago I tested it at 117/79. I will not 100% contribute this return to very healthy BP to DNP directly as I also began a heavy cardio training regimen during the cycle that I have kept doing since. I believe this drop in BP to be a combo of fat loss and increase in cardio so if anything this post should be encouraging people to lose fat not to use DNP specifically, but DNP did help me lose a chunk of fat much quicker than I could have naturally. That said, the next time I use it, it will be to try and get the veins to pop on my abs (aka a LONG time from now)... I am in no hurry to hop on it again and/or depend on it as my go to for weight loss, I am working on getting my diet nailed down to the level of a pro and working on changing my training around to be optimal.

^^
Once again great job.

Quick question: I am on day 6 of DNP right now and was wondering, do you get a feeling like your entire esophagus from the stomach up to the throat is on fire as if you swallowed acid when it digests? Or is that just me?

I didn't get anything up my throat... I was taking prilosec OTC by prescription that was likely preventing that sensation for me. I did feel a burning in my stomach for the first 15min to 30mins after taking if not with a good hefty meal. Since about half through the cycle I quit taking all of my prescription meds for IBS and haven't taken them since and luckily haven't had any major issues.

Sorry for the long winded answer but in short yea, I could totally see that being a sensation experienced within about 30 mins of dropping, it was burning in my stomach and could easily go up your throat if you have a bit of acid reflex going on.

I have just was looking for an ice breaker. 1 KG = 1,000,000 mg
1,000,000/200mg ia 5000 capsules. So if I take 2 per day it would last me almost 7 years if I took continuously which I would not do of course. And I am gonna try a 21 day cycle I only have between 10-15 pounds of pure fast to lose. Just would like to share my experience.
