DNP log (starting tomorrow, last minute advice?)

Last night was HELL. I woke up at about 4am with excruciating pain in my ear, the infection has gotten unbearable. I drove myself to urgent care and a doctor prescribed my amoxicillin for the infection, some lydicain drops, and hydrocodon for pain. Awesome thing was it's memorial day and I had to drive to about 4 different pharmacies to find one actually open. Got home at like 8am from all that and wen't back to sleep until about 11 when guests started showing up since we were having a memorial day bbq… Luckily my wife handled everything and all I had to do was roll out of bed and go outside. I dropped a dose Pretty much right when I got up and seem to be having no issues with mixing the DNP with antibiotics and hydrocodon so far. I plan on sticking it out and doing 500 today and 500 tomorrow. There is only a day and a half and at this point I seem to be very used to DNP and it is hardly a nuisance. If it weren't for the neuropathy risks increasing further after 14 days I would be tempted to do a longer cycle though I'm not convinced of the effectiveness of longer cycles as I can feel my body dealing with it and adapting more effectively every day. The only thing I even notice is the sweating at night but like I said it's like a cold sweat for me very little noticeable heat. I've eaten very little today but I could stand to fast a bit since we were vacation eating the last couple days.

passed out most of the day after people left, lifting is not in my near future. Hoping to be ready to get back to gym wednesday, having dealt with sickness and lifting a lot lately I know rushing it never gets me anywhere I want to be…

took 2nd dose and laid in bed most of the day, wen't to sleep early, sweat my ball off all night but didn't feel that hot
 
what's causing your sickness do you know???

just sucks it's keeping you out of the gym, you're not reaping the full benefits until you leave the treadmill looking like someone poured a tub of water on it.

doctor said it was probably allergy drainage that got trapped in my ear and got infected, unrelated to DNP... yea I was pretty good about cardio most days in the cycle but last 4 days I was out from sickness and vacation. I still think results will be good though, even though I'm holding a lot of water I literally can no longer wear a lot of my pants, I couldn't find my belt and even with walking like a weirdo I couldn't keep my shorts up, ended up walking around the house in underwear all day :)

feel awful today, plugged ear and sore throat, thinking the dnp isn't allowing me to heal maybe. this crap always seems to happen to me. in a perfect world I would have liked to be healthy at this point so I can really get the diet tight and train hard for the next week to drop as much water as I can and get my muscles to fill out again. I have been sick so many times this year it's getting ridiculous, probably haven't had more than 3 weeks of health at one time in the last 4 months. luckily today is the last day on dnp.


DNP still making me insanely sleepy about an 1-3 hours after taking. I took a nap this morning after my first dose, almost passed out after my second dose but kids kept me up. I might be getting better, we'll see tomorrow morning. Starting to get the sweats, this should be my last night but I REALLY wanted to be healthy when getting off because I'd like to capitalize on that "anabolic week after" that everyone talks about. I will be doing one more day at 500 to hopefully heal a bit before coming off and rebounding.
 
I think we have moved passed the negative comments. Im in this for the updates at this point. This has potential to become a sticky IMO

WTF man.. You have kids.. Be smart.. Its NOT worth losing the few lbs

I took the hydrocodon for one day because honestly I needed it, felt like my ear was going to explode. It seems to have had no negative effect mixing with the DNP and I have only been taking amoxicillin since so I don't see any risk there... I won't be using the rest of the bottle of pain killers.
 
I think it's important it gets mentioned because alot of newbs will read this that it is stressed to not take any narcotics especially on DNP. This kind of talk is scary because drug use is so common in bodybuilding I bet there's tons of guys here popping xan or pain meds. Someone can die using this stuff, bot directed to you inhaus but hopefully something bad never happens. I believe if anyone should use dnp is because they have a chance of going pro or there's money involved and there's a small amount of fat that needs to be shedded. I honestly don't agree with this being used by somebody no experience in hormones or anything else just to shed a few pounds.

Do you have any evidence that taking a painkiller/antibiotic for one day with dnp causes any problems? If not, and you don't because it doesn't exist, - shut the fuck up :)
The OP has made a log for his dnp run, if you don't like dnp - don't comment on the fucking log ESPECIALLY if you don't actually know what your talking about.

To the OP:
What's the plan here? First you said your run was going to be 10 days, then you said day 14 was the last one, now its become 15...
Staying on the dnp for longer is detrimental to the healing process so if that's your reasoning then its illogical.
I'm only bringing this up because, inevitably, people tend to fuck up on dnp because they either keep increasing the dose or the length of the cycle again and again and again.
End the cycle, give it 7 days for the water to come off and see where you are.

We shouldn't even discuss dnp everybody acts like Tren is so bad but ya use poison especially if your not a advanced bodybuilder and this shit can actually kill you. Do we need somebody to die because there's no evidence mixing narcotics is bad that's the stupidest shit I've read.

The member who made the comment was automatically assuming that mixing a prescription med with dnp results in death (the comment about OPs kids, etc). This is nonsense.
The member also has a history of bashing DNP all over the board despite not knowing a damn thing about the compound.
There is also a BIG difference between taking a painkiller for ONE DAY (like the op) and chronic use (what your thinking of). Don't get this crazy idea that I'm telling people to go nuts with narcotics - I'm not.

You along with a few others have added literally nothing productive to the OPs log outside of a bunch of "dnp is poison brah" type of stuff.
In the meantime others have tried to give him constructive advice on how to stay safe.

I'm also working on an article showing how to use dnp safely & effectively because EDUCATING people is always better than pretending it isn't happening.
But whatever, I'm adding you to my ignore list since you've made it clear that science or my views mean nothing.

My throat feels better, I feel like the infection is getting handled by the antibiotics but my ear is still completely plugged, can barely hear. It seems like things are healing. I'm really hoping to be physically able to hit the gym hard as soon as this stuff is out of my system to make the best of my recovery. The last thing I want is to come off and still be exhausted in bed melting all my gains away because I'm still sick and not making the most of that rebound effect.

Feeling better energy wise, I feel like I COULD have thrown some weight around today but still think it would do me more harm than good at this point. The pressure in my ear broke for a minute but came back, really hoping for some drainage tonight. Feels so counter intuitive to put a hot pack on my ear while I'm sweating like crazy but that's probably what I'll have to do.

Just took my last pill of the cycle and still feel good as far as sides go. Looking forward to having my energy back. As long as this stupid ear pressure clears up I should be back in the gym in the next few days and I'm REALLY looking forward to that. If I woke up tomorrow with no pressure in my ear I'd have no problem hitting the gym. Does anyone have any suggestions for getting the water weight off? Plan so far is to stay on keto/carb cycle with low sodium and chug as much water as I can comfortably. Any other dietary suggestions are welcome.
 
Ok while you do that let me write a article how to use crystal meth safely..... how are you gonna teach somebody to use poison safely? Makes no sense how about teach them diet that you preach about? Bodybuilding should be about bettering your body enhancing your life feeling good being fucken healthy. And to top shit off zilla I bet you have never used dnp and I bet you wouldn't.

And if it is not poison please correct me :)

The water will come off naturally - no need to do anything in particular.

I will say that if your looking for the "anabolic rebound" (actually just glycogen supercompensation) then a keto diet isn't going to cut it.
You would need to stay on a keto for 3/4 days post dnp to let it clear out but then do a full body glycogen depleting workout (high reps, 3-6 sets per muscle group, low rest) to ensure full depletion.
Begin carb loading immediately post workout for 2-3 days with carb intake around 6-8g/lbm each day. Combine this with eating above maintenance and going hard in the gym.
Then you can transition back to maintenance with lower volume, frequency, etc whenever you feel like it.

IME the "rebound" isn't that great, I only used it when going straight from dnp > bulking to give me a little headstart.

just to be clear so I don't screw this up, you're saying 3-4 days of just cleaning out system and staying keto, then one full body workout that is higher reps, followed by 2 day carb refeed and heavy lifting, then back to normal routine? or should I be doing the high rep full body for all 3-4 days that I'm clearing the DNP out of system?

The part in bold.

Make sure the full body workout is really depleting - 15+reps, 4-6 sets per muscle group, 2 hrs+ - you should feel like shit by the end of it.
Also make sure to keep fat intake low on the carb load days - ideally below 40g.

I was just about to say, if I was in your shoes I would of stopped about 6 days ago. Between your injury and your sickness, it is not worth staying on. Recover, get better and hop back on in 2 months-that is what I would of done. I respect your fighting spirit to go through something once you start, but if you are just at home and cannot work out you will not really reap the full benefits of DNP. If you are not getting full benefits, the suffering is not worth it.
