DNP started today

powder, 200mg/caps .
I'll do 4 days 200mg/3 days 400mg/3 days 600mg
secont time I use it and ready to feel like a shit for 10 days lol
 
I would take the most at the beginning! I like powder better as it is easier to handle.

I take 200mg of crystal ED for 7 and I'm on fire!
 
so you 'd do 600 mg for 3 days/400mg for 3 days and 200mg for the last 4 days right ?
did you already do this way ? felt better ?
 
I did and it work great! Just keep the water intake high!! Remember DNP works better the second time around!

there is a thing I don't understand in the interest of frontloading : as it kicks in +/- day 3 ; then why taking the highest dose at the beginning and when it kicks in dropping the dosage ?
 
maybe Tx can share some more light on this subject, in the meantime, be careful bro and definately let me know your results throughout your experiment
 
Remember, DNP's effects multiple as you go on to the next day. The dose you take that day isnt the pill you are feeling. Building the DNP up fast will work better as days go by. Its only a few days! I'm sure you will take it again! Try front-loading either this time or the next and see for yourself which works better!
 
With DNP I would recommend dipping your toe in before you jump into the deep end.

I have just run 400 mgs. of powder for 10 days to lose some of the holiday fat before taking off for maui. It was really pretty easy, not very unpleasant. I used eca and yohimbe as well and I really think they help both in terms of energy and fat burning.

how much bf% did you drop in that time ?

Its sort of hard to tell today since I just took my last cap yesterday and DNP causes water retenion for about 3 days after cessation of use. I would estimate I dropped about 3 lbs. of fat during the 10 days, which equates to a bf% drop of 1 1/2 %.

Sure beats the shit out of cardio alone, eh?

For supps I take ala, vitamin C, vitamin E, mulitvites, selenium, flax oil, and pyruvate.

I was giving advice on the assuption that he has used these caps before. And if it is pure DNP, and the cap is full, how could it be so far off as to cause death??

Trevdog, if you don't mind could you tell me how much you take of each, and if not mistaken I read in the past that mixing DNP with NYC is a no no?

I don't see why it would be. I've used NYC, Xenadrine, and Ripped Fuel with DNP with no problems. I've also used yohimburn.

Approximate amount of supps:
ala - 1 gram per day.
Vitamin C 800 i.u.s. per day taken with ala and selenium.
Selenium - 500 mgs. per day (2 doses)
Pyruvate -- 3-5 grams per day, some with ala.
Vitamin C - 3 grams per day, not with vitamin E, they interfere with each other's absorbtion.
Multivites - 2 per day with vitamin C
Flax oil - 2 tablespoons per day with shakes.

I also was using creatine, glucosomine, chondriatin, and MSM but that has nothing to do with DNP.

Something I didn't mention, I crave carbs when on DNP, although this time it wasn't as bad as in the past.

I try to eat some fruit every day and recommend it with DNP. I also use a fiber supplement, similar to metamucil. I think DNP makes me crap a lot, so this helps.

Of course I drink at least 3-4 liters of water per day.
