Dnp

10 different "ancillary supplements" to help you manage the effects of a toxic compound you were ingesting to try to lose some body fat.

Think about what you are saying there for a second.

Good idea? No!

I am giving him some info since he seems like his mind is made up. Nothing to do with opinions. Calm down cash.

Totally calm here...

I do have to tell you that I could not have made a more salient point than what you wrote with your 10 different "ancillary supplements" to support the use of DNP.

Anyone who misses that big red flag is not doing a rational trade off between risk and reward.

Ive run it a few times. I was fine, but I would only do it in winter.

Also stick with crystaline over power. Since its more pure, you will get better results and less sides.

If you keep the dose low its managable. I also ran about 10 different ancillary supplements. I believe I posted the list and dosages somewhere on here if you search.

I prefer to use keto diet now though. DNP is by no means a miracle drug.

Blondie on your HGH/DNP log I remember u not being too impressed with your weight loss from DNP, how much weight did u lose ?

Original poster John - Do not use DNP - PERIOD!

The compound is not a healthy alternative for reduction in body fat. There are a myriad of complications that one might encounter when ingesting this product.

This is a commercial solvent and not something that should be put into your body.

Do some research and you will see that this is not the choice you want to make.

This is a very very bad idea for anyone.

^^ I agree 100 %

I lost 20lbs. The rash was the only thing that did not impress me.

how long did you run it for?

I had tried to run it for about 12-14 days back when i did it. could only last about 8 days but lost 15lbs.

Personaly, i don't think it's as bad as many people say.....if you use it moderately. I followed a few strict rules that were recomended by others and was fine, i was just tired of waking up with my bed drenched every morning and having to change my sheets every day.

It's a little late to reply, but I was googling some more info on DNP and bumped on this topic.

While I agree it isn't a healthy product, it's mainly ignorance on how to use this stuff that makes people cry. I''m on my fourth cycle and the trick is to keep it low dose @ 200 mg a day + low carbs. It's the carbs that make you sweat. However if you have a job that involves a lot of physical activity I would stay away from it because than it really sucks.

Since it makes you sweat even more when you're asleep, you should especially stay away from carbs pre bed time.

I bumped my last day to 400 mg just to see again how it was, it really breaks me mentally. So stay on 200 mg for like 7-10 (or 14) days, drink a lot of water and keep a low carb diet (100 grams preferred) and you'll be fine.

I, personally, prefer to run it in PCT (or last week of cycle) combined with insulin. However then you REALLY should up the carbs around slin time because it will make you weak if you're not experienced with slin +dnp + low carb.

This last combination works wonders in pct as you shred some fat and preserve muscles thanks to slin. It can be risky though, so i don't advise it to newbies.
