It's a little late to reply, but I was googling some more info on DNP and bumped on this topic.
While I agree it isn't a healthy product, it's mainly ignorance on how to use this stuff that makes people cry. I''m on my fourth cycle and the trick is to keep it low dose @ 200 mg a day + low carbs. It's the carbs that make you sweat. However if you have a job that involves a lot of physical activity I would stay away from it because than it really sucks.
Since it makes you sweat even more when you're asleep, you should especially stay away from carbs pre bed time.
I bumped my last day to 400 mg just to see again how it was, it really breaks me mentally. So stay on 200 mg for like 7-10 (or 14) days, drink a lot of water and keep a low carb diet (100 grams preferred) and you'll be fine.
I, personally, prefer to run it in PCT (or last week of cycle) combined with insulin. However then you REALLY should up the carbs around slin time because it will make you weak if you're not experienced with slin +dnp + low carb.
This last combination works wonders in pct as you shred some fat and preserve muscles thanks to slin. It can be risky though, so i don't advise it to newbies.
