Do I have my insulin(humulin r) protocol correct?

TheFitnessLife4ever

Who dares wins!
So my upcoming bulker is going to be be 1g of test(t400) for 12-16 wks, possibly some dbol as a kickstart(60mg Ed for 4 weeks), and lastly humulin r slin 5-10 iu post workout for lifting days(4days a week). So I will inject the slin immediately after working out and drink 50-100mg dextrose with 60g whey. Eat a solid meal with brown rice and chicken an hour later, then another meal with more brown rice and chicken. Ill avoid fats on the day i do slin and have a higher fat intake on my off days. I'll carry some gummiebears everywhere I go in case I go hypo. Anything I'm missing? There's still that part of me that worries that shit could happen on it due to the negative rap slin has. I'm looking to gain a good 30-40lbs on this bulk.

Looks good, humulin R is alittle irritating because it isnt truly out of your system for about 6 hours so you have to be REALLY careful during that time period of you can almost watch the fat start to build up. Would be nice to get humalog instead but I know you need a prescription for it and its harder to come by.

INSULIN IS NOT SOMETHING TO SCREW AROUND WITH...YOU WILL DIE

Just needed to put that disclaimer out there, however it looks like you've done your research and should be good to go. Like you said, always make sure you have simple sugars on you at all times. Yes, if you go hypo you can die, however hypo isn't something that happens instantaneously and your dead...it comes on "relatively" slow and if you know what the symptoms are, you can take the necessary precautions to come back out. Until you know how you are going to react to slin, and began to develop alittle tolerance, I would always try and aim high on your carbs...better safe than sorry.

Bro, maybe you can quit Insulin and inject HGH and IGF?
When somebody says he uses insulin , it always gives me creeps
1 friend of mine died because of it long years ago :(
I am sure you know what you are doing and very careful but ...
you know that risk always scares me

When you say immediately after I would say bring to the gym and do it right after your workout before you change. Give it some time to become active but you do not want to do it too early because then your body will already have used its Glycogen stores up from working out. So pack you shot in your gym bag and do the inject in a stall, this is what I will be doing.

And Glucose tablets is the way to go over anything else for raising blood sugar in a last ditch effort, its also smart to invest in a blood sugar monitor, quick test kind.

Good idea with the gummy bears. You should log it that would be very interesting to hear. Good luck man hope all goes well

Thanks for the advice. Ill also probably do 4 on 4 off of slin. I'm very much aware of the dangers but still plan to pursuit my endeavor.

Yeah, that's what I was planning on doing. Ill also have a shit ton of dextrose and candy on hand just in case. What should I look for when testing my blood sugar? Now I'm seeing that everyone is saying to do it pre workout. What're your thoughts on that?

I'm aware of the risks, but thanks for the concern. No gh for me or igf1. Too expensive for the cost/benefit ratio, not to mention gh is faked most of the time(Idc if you say you have a legit gh source, I don't trust it). Slin I know what I'm getting and the results are undeniable.

I do mine AM and pre-workout on workout days only. AM with 50g whey. 50g dextrose, and 50g oats, 1.5-2hrs later 60g oats, 50g dextrose, 10 egg whites. 1.5hrs preworkout with a shake 80g dextrose, aminos, creatine, glutamine about 30-45min post injection. Throughout the workout drink another of the same shake, then go home and eat 60g oats and chicken. Always carry glucose tabs and extra dextrose no matter what.

I use Humalog and even that lasts 4-5 hours. I thought it was only 2 hours but after the 5 hour mark I checked my blood sugar and it was 68!!
Anyways now Ive used it for a while and know how it works completely.
First I'd say you need to have everything on hand. Glucose tabs, blood sugar testing kit (fucking strips are expensive!) you gotta test. I always keep a full glass of grape juice filled while I use insulin at home just for the piece of mind.

What I like to do is eat rice immediately after injection while sipping on my drink. My drink consists of 80G sugars which is a mix of dextrose and sucrose. I also include 10G glutamine, 10 G creatine, BCAA's (few scoops idk how much lol), and I mix it up and drink it IMMEDIATELY.

After my rice and carb drink, I start setting up my protein shake. I wait 20 mins after the shot to consume the protein shake because humalog takes 15 mins to start working. The protein shake has 40G protein, and I put lowfat milk in because it also has high protein and the shake tastes better too. Watch your fat consumption on slin. I also eat a banana or apple.
About an hour in I will eat 8-10 oz skinless chicken and some green beans or broccoli. This is a good source of protein and some carbs.

So by now I have long acting rice and green beans as my carb source, because the sugar drink is quick acting which will not keep your blood sugar high enough after an extended time. The main thing with slin is knowing how to keep your blood sugar up. You need the fast acting sugars after the shot but you also need complex carbs to keep levels steady.
Usually I eat an apple or banana by the 2 hour mark just to keep sugar levels elevated. Also a couple cans of tuna for the extra protein and low fat.

By the 2:45 mark I eat a large meal with chicken and potatoes. Potatoes are a good source of complex carbs. I usually drink grape juice with this meal for the fast acting sugars.

You really wanna eat high amounts of carbs and protein during this 4 hour window of insulin doing its work. Now you have humulin-r which is more like 6-8 hours, so you really gotta eat often and be careful. Get humalog if you can, its much more convienient to deal with.By the 5 hour mark humalog is 100% gone and you are good to go.
