yeah gonna take pics today of what i look like on week 10 before i start var today
and see how my progress goes throughout my next 6 weeks of my cycle
very lean gains i have made off of test so far as what i wanted! ( i have actually droped weight ( bf) and looking bigger then i did before obviously, got alot of comments so far at the gym at my current weight of 205 and stared the cycle at 215!,
as for me didnt want that watery, bloated look, as some people eat like champs on a cycle, then off a cycle they cant maintain there current weight cause there diet changes BIG TIME!, got my var in as we speak and gonna pop my first few within the hour
as of right now i am taking 400mg/week of test c, running no Aromatase inhibitor (AI) ( my choice) from previous cycle's, but do have shit on hand, but fortunate not gyno prone, and my diet consist of 4-5 meals a day, not gonna go on about my diet but been keeping a good eye on it and eating lots of chicken and brown rice, lean ground beef ( 90%), eggs, oats, and lots of water, and most importantly mixing my foods so i dont get bored of the same foods daily kinda like a routine lol, u gotta mix shit up and be creative!
