Do you deadlift?

I dead lift on leg days... It's the first exercise i do. Followed by squats, single leg presses, single leg extensions, and Iso leg curls... I love leg days :)
 
Great lift to pack on mass yes i like them i usually peak out on them then do something else for a while like rows chins etc i recently peaked with 1 rep with 450 pounds current body weight of 180 not bad for an old fart will be 50 this year ;)

Yes I dead lift on my back days. I used to DL realy heavy every back day, which heavy 5x5's with 315. Now a days I am going much lower, either body weight for 3 sets of 10, or 5x5's with 225
 
have been doing them at the end of back workouts, thinking of switching them to the front though. if hypertrophy was the main goal, would it be better to do them first or last?
 
I'm another leg day lover... used to do deads on leg day until the haters at the gym started giving me looks like I was a weardo so I stoped .... Sucks

Dont let em ride you bro, just do your thing. I do mine right after squats also (like the squats I posted in the 20x squat thread) on leg day, my legs/back are already warmed up from those squats so its gtg.

Friday right after those squats my deads were:
225x10
315x8
405x6

Can't get back to 495 yet since my neck injury which sucks but it just pulls to hard on my neck/spine with any more weight. Since I cant go balls heavy right now Ive been alternating between straight leg and regular only go up to 315 with straights though.
