what I do for breakfast is on Sundaynight I make enough oatmeal and hard boiled eggs for the week. than I just wake up, throw some berries in my oatmeal, usually eat it cold, it's not that bad, sometimes i nuke it, and have some hard boiled eggs. instant nutritious breakfast. I live alone also, so it's a pain in the ass making breakfast for myself every morning, I find it's alot easier doing it this way, and I never miss breakfast even if I'm running late.

dont your eggs stink like shit by tuesday? if i dont eat mine the same day i make them i throw them away. sometimes ill forget and the whole refridgerator will smell bad
 
I dont eat when i wake up. As soon as i wake up i take my ecy, some water and hit the treadmill :) I consume my first meal typically 45 minutes after my cardio session.
 
thought about this question today. When i wake up im want to get my body back in anabolic phase as quick as possible. I think its psychological that i want to put something in my stomache so quickly. Also, anymore i think im eating at night so much there really isnt a break-fast. I wake up bout 3x to eat at night.
 
i don't have much appetite in the morning. I'll have oj, coffee and a bagel or maybe frozen waffles...can't usually take eggs.

then about 1.5 hours later i have a cyto gainer shake with protein.. 5F, 83C, 80P.

The eggs I usually make every 2-3 days, but smetimes they did smell a little, thought it was just the eggs. I thought boiled eggs could stay a while in the fridge.
 
When I'm bulking I usually have a 40 gram shake right away and then an hour later have a solid meal usually eggs, oats and fruit.
 
Oatmeal is good food

I like it too. I'll mix with hot water and then a scoop of muscle milk protein and a banana or just splenda. Eat it every morning.
It's gross at first but if you learn how to doctor it up without sugar it can be damn good.
 
Drinking Egg whites

You DRINK raw eggwhites? You mean you warm them and then put it in a shake?

If you drink them raw it would appear that you could get very sick doing this. Am I way off here?
