You DRINK raw eggwhites? You mean you warm them and then put it in a shake?

If you drink them raw it would appear that you could get very sick doing this. Am I way off here?

I think he meant the eggwhites in pasteurized form.

i eat a few servings of oatmeal every morning for the last few years, rarely miss it. i use little water so its nice and thick and never add sugar or honey. now il do cardio before breakfast.

I'll usually have cereal, poached eggs, breakfast sausage w/ a glass of soy milk and OJ, but when I'm low on milk I'll just eat more eggs and sausage.

i never have a shake unless i have something to do real early in the morning but i always make the same breakfast. about 8 hardboiled egg whites, with 2-3 being whole and 1 cup plain oats with a tbsp of udo's oil in it. fills me just right and tastes great. a shake couldnt fill up my starving stomach in the morning.

I walk to the kitchen w sleep in my eyes. Start cracking eggs make about 3 whole eggs 6 whites then a big bowl of oats.

A huge breakfast, and I am lucky my wife makes it for me and that is usually what wakes me up-her cooking. I try to always have a huge breakfast, when I wake up I am starving.

I eat a whole food meal what kind varies. The best I think is a cup of oatmeal w/ a 2 scoop protien shake in it then 2-4 whole eggs and a few whites w/ some chopped up bacon and veggies and a glass of juice.

Usually 1/2 cup of Oats w/ water & reduced sugar jam and 30g Whey Protein.

Failing that, 3 whole eggs 3 egg whites and a couple of slices of granary bread - not from a packet though!

man breakfast is so easy and quick...

7 egg whites, 1 yolk scrambled, flavorless oatmeal microwaved with splenda, and 3 slices of turkey bacon microwaved for 2 minutes...

thats a freakin meal that takes less that 7 minutes to make... you guys gotta be kidding me.

The second I wake up: handfull of BCAA's.
Then when I'm actually awake enough to think straight (usually 20-30min later): oatmeal and protein shake.

for me its more the fact that im not hungry at all from eating a shitload of food the day before, not so much the time factor.

I start the day with a protein drink and then take a refreshing shower, and then I cook something. I eat FOOD for breakfast not milk and cereal (Devil foods).

i never eat breakfast as soon as i wake up, i have to be up for at least an hour to an hour and a half. but when i eat i usually like eggs and bacon and bread.

Tamales for breakfast. That sounds horrible. I can eat breakfast foods for dinner, but not dinner foods for breakfast.

Tamales and eggs rancheros--that is an excellent breakfast try it.
