days. Am I training my legs wrong by doing one squatting (hack, leg press, squat) exercise for 15 reps 6 sets and 4 sets leg presses 15 reps and 4 sets of hammy curls 15 reps
Everyone is different but i consider myself to have pretty large legs and I do about 20 sets for my legs. I also keep my reps a lot lower between 3-6 and go much heavier since I am more of a "power builder." I have gained a lot of size on my legs by using this: tuesdays Heavy squats and light rdl's and then fridays doing light front squats and then heavy dead lifts.
