does site injection seem to work especially on the delts

I agree with sirxxlew. The only size increase I would have thought is due to swelling and nothing else. His delts may have blew up as this was his best body part/genetics. Everyone has one part that seems to explode with growth compared to the rest.

but the swelling from the inj can stretch fascia tissue ala synthol, i've noticed some site specific growth over the years in delts, but not the 2-3inches people want

If IGF gave localized growth, then so would HGH. IGF is reconstituted in acid, so it will also cause localized inflamation. There is nothing out there that will give you permanent localized growth. Implants will give you permanent growth

I ran my own experiment on this one once, just to see.
Once a week for a 12 week cycle, I injected 3cc of a mixed shot(eq/deca/enth) into each bicep. My arm would go up 1/4" for 5 days, then go back to its original size. At the end of the cycle, my arm size was almost the same as it was when I started
my conclusion, it didnt work

Not necessarily true as different muscles have different dispersion rates.

There's no true evidence either way, however, I will admit, when I use test suspension I swear I get localized growth in smaller muscle groups.

HGH doesn't raise IGF-1 levels in the area injected, it's systemic...or is that your point? IGF-1 doesn't give localized growth?
