Does this look like gyno?

Would you agree that progestins can increase prolactin though? Or do you suggest that these hormones are not progestins and increase prolactin through some other mechanism?

there's no data to suggest progesterone increases prolactin
they are two separate hormones that happen to start with the letter P

in fact there is studies showing progesterone decreases and has inhibitory effects on serum prolactin levels

as well nandrolone and tren are androgens, which typically decrease prolactin levels

prolactin is being raised somehow but i've yet to see any reasonable explanation as to why or how
 
You look fine to me. FYI don't be rubbing them all the time checking for lumps and checking sensitivity, you'll work yourself up because they'll probably get sore from the rubbing. I did it myself and cost me $100 for some aromatase inhibitor I didn't need. also shaving my chest/nips and wearing tight shirt gets em a little sensitive, incase that smooth chest of yours isn't natural.
 
visually you look fine. but the only one who could tell if you glandular tissue is growing is you. just feel deep under the nip from time to time to check if it has gotten bigger.

I am also wondering whats the relation between progesterone and prolactin levels because i dont know either. People keep saying progestins causes another type of gyno caused by prolactin levels, but nobody actually knows the real link between progesterone levels/receptors and prolactin levels, its very different.. i've searched a lot and never could find the answer

I've seen competitions where guys looked OK and then when they made that pose you suddenly see the gyno

Also i have been training alot for Bjj and Thai. that KILLS my muscle regardless of how much a eat. its impossible for me to train MMA and gain mass at the same time. i was 210ish but dropped down a good bit

My understanding which may be wrong is that nandrolone and trenbolone are progestins in that they attach to the progestin receptor but at the same time they are of course NOT progesterone. I've seen it suggested that with the nor-19 drugs attaching to the progestin receptor, serum progesterone levels decrease. And as you said, progesterone inhibits prolactin so with the lowered progesterone levels, serum prolactin increases.

I probably researched this at one point in time but I don't remember. And I no longer have full access to published study data.

What I do know is that when I use tren, my prolactin levels definitely increase and I definitely lactate.

IMO you shouldnt be using gear bro. IM bigger than you and Im completely natural. IM about 190-195 and I proally wont cycle till I can maintain 215+plus natty.

People on this forum seem its ok for everyone to use gear. Judging by your pics it hardly looks like you work out or eat thus you shouldn't be cycling. Again its my opinion everyone is different. I understand you train mma and all but alot of that is technique and there really isnt need for you to use gear.

progestins are not progesterone, though my understanding is that progestins bind to the progesterone receptor where they mimic the actions of progesterone.

9 out of 10 times nandrolone and tren will not cause prolactin issues on their own but will when combined with estrogen via an aromatising steroid such as testosterone

below is a study on tren where serum prolactin levels remain unchanged

3rdly you dont look like you lift period thus I think you shouldn't be using gear.

Thats my opinion dont really care if you take it. You say you cycled before but it hardly looks like it man. You need food not gear imo.
