I think leg raises or side crunches are going to do very little to get rid of fat in that area - your talking spot reduction, which doesn't happen. Diet and cardio is the only way.

However, if it's muscle (my obliques stick out a little too - and my bf % is 7.5) you may be able to work with that.

Sooo is it firm or fatty bro?
