Dorian Yates Interview - Into The Shadow | London Real

I know this has likely been posted on here but I figured I'd post it again. The great one talking about everything from his gear use to psychedelic drugs. Pretty neat stuff. I would like to try this DMT stuff though. Seems like that would be interesting. Anybody have any experience with it? It took me a while to watch the whole thing because I watched it in pieces since it was so long but I got through it. Enjoy if you haven't before.

The part about the pineal gland in the brain that is surrounded by calcium deposits to keep it suppressed is VERY interesting. What's the need for fluoride in the tap water anyway? Ah ha. So many things we r taught r grossly misinformed or just a blatant lie. I hate the news or anything mainstream as it is, n this only helps me to believe what I think or research is good for me, not everyone that holds tight to their own beliefs without wondering why.

I enjoyed the video a lot I watched it all. And I know some people who have used dmt. And they described it as basically the minute you smoke it your basically inside of a dream. Like not with acid where things move or with shrooms where things have funny shapes. But you are actually inside of the hallucination like a full on fantasy world like a dream. I think that dorian yates is cool and a smart guy. But I think Dmt is one of those things that have the potential to really fuck with your brain. I would personally recommend staying away from it. But if its something you really want to do go for it. Who knows maybe I would do it under the right circumstances lol a few beers probably but its still dangerous. The type of people who are going to have the ability to get it are people who go to raves a lot. Because your average joe is all about making money. And Dmt is not addictive so their is no money in it.

Yeah I was somewhat intrigued by that as well. I have come to believe in researching things over and over as well. Too many special interest out there to just buy into everything they tell you. Especially our govt.

I see. Yeah it seems a pretty wild experience. Yes the rave scene was about 15 yrs ago and brief for me so finding it would like you say be almost impossible. Then trusting the source is another hurdle. However right time and place and people I trust around then I'd likely give it a shot. I've always been a try anything once guy. Never had an addictive personality. Tried LSD one time and hated it. Nothing scary just wanted to come down and couldn't.

Always impressed by a person that is confident in their own flesh. He surely is. He's no dumb guy that's for sure. It was a good watch for me.

I adopted one of his training methods which was 2 warm ups and 1 failure for each exercise. I added in a 9 day rest period for each muscle group. Finally using these 2 changes I was able to find new muscle.

You rotate that rest period every few months or you still use that method week in and week out? So you train chest on Tuesday and won't again until the next Wednesday?

Yeah, I stay this way. I'll do this for 6 months and then change the muscle groups, but not the rest period. This extended rest period proved to work for me.

Day 1: Chest & Triceps
Day 2: OFF
Day 3: Quads & Calves
Day 4: OFF
Day 5: Back & Biceps
Day 6: OFF
Day 7: Shoulders & Traps
Day 8: OFF
Day 9: Hamstrings
Day 10: OFF

Rinse & repeat.........

This ensured that each muscle group is untouched the following day, and not stressed for another 9 days. So each muscle group gets a guaranteed 48 hours of no stress (no inadvertent resistance by training other muscle groups the next day) and each group is trained once every 9 days.

I tried his training method yesterday and couldn't leave the locker room for about 25 minutes thinking I was going to puke. Than I got to my car and had to sit down on the curb and almost puked. Than I got home and layed down for 45 minutes almost puking. I basically heard something on a interview of his saying he would do some warm up sets than go to failure twice in a row for a muscle with heavy weight. So I did that for legs tell I couldn't move my legs anymore. And it was one of those things that I was in so much pain I kinda started laughing thinking am I insane why am I doing this. Lol one of those work outs that are so intense that some voice inside of me just started trying to plead with me to stop and never go back to the gym again ha ha ha ha.

Some of those music festivals that have private security that are in the boonies are basically just like little societies its crazy man. You can find almost anything at those places people are just doing things out in the open and they all have the hippy spirit of sharing stuff for free. You just got to find the hippy people lol. I bet the only thing you couldn't find there would be steroids ha ha ha ha ha

Wow, never heard of that technique before..
How many reps for the warm up sets? And how many reps for the failure?
And how many excercises for each muscle group?

8 to 10 reps warmups... I fail between 3 and 5 reps on the last round. 3 to 4 exercises.

nice vid!

I have experience with psychedelics like lsd and shrooms and done countless times now. I also tried DMT at music festival about one year ago. I really enjoyed the dmt trip and would do again.
