i have a10ml 300mg bottle of deca I am 6 foot 220lb. at 30 years old is it better to do 400mg for 8 weeks or 300mg for 10 weeks

Age 30 6 foot 220lb solid never done any cycles,goals is to gain 20lb max. in hard muscle moterately.

if thats all the deca you have then do 300 mg for 10 weeks. 8 weeks isn't long enough, by the time it kicks in, you wont have much longer. I dont reccomend a deca only cycle tho
