What the Duece.... ?!?!
Ok So I have been Wanting to get back on for a long time now. I was having problems with my shoulders and wrist's Im assuming was caused from continuous pounding and work and then the gym for years.

My girlfriend aslo wants to try and tone up/ gain a little muscle and has decided on Anavar as well.

Stone posted an article a while back about rebuilding liniments/tendons after neglect and new strain they are put under once you have put on pound after pound of new found muscle from test. So with the help of that article, I put together my "simple" cycle.

I am not trying to gain huge, just maybe help vital tendons catch up and get a little more definition while im at it.

week 1-12 Axio Anavar 30-50mg/Day
Week 1-12 Aburaihan testE 250mg/EW
week 1-10 GP Deca 250mg/week


Post cycle:
week 14 -17 GP Aromasin 20mg/day
week 14-17 Clomid
Day 1: 300mg
Day 2 to 10: 100mg ED
Day 11 to 21: 50mg ED



If I gained a few pounds off this cycle I'd be happy, but like I said, Im not looking for huge gains. Just hoping my joints and what not wont feel as achy and fragile afterwords.
Altho the Anavar will make me want to push alot more weight, I need to keep it moderate.

Previous cycles were mainly test with some D-Bol to stat. One tren cycle which ended abruptly with no post cycle therapy (pct) and one hell of a crash which took MONTHS to recover from.

My diet will get cleaned up here shorlty and I will post it, but for now this is it.
 
Enjoy it man. Everything looks good and you should see some nice results off this. Joint/connective tissue issues can be a huge problem and at our young we should look to take care of it now. What kinda training do you do?
 
I was always under the impression "Go Heavy or Go Home"..... lol. I cant do that anymore. I've lifted as heavy as I possible could for the last 9 years. Plus working construction, im hurting all the time now. Trying to stay moderate weight say 12 concentrated reps. more isolation movements and what not. Im not a power lifter, I never really wanted to be one, but you know how the gym hype gets so you tend to get overzealous at times. I am more focusing on bringing each muscle out and define as much as I can.

I can/can't sympathize. I'm sore and achy a lot, but recently I've switched from BB with a focus on getting stronger to specifically PLing. My recommendation would be to hit it with high intensity and low volume to get everything done with minimal strain on the joints.
 
I will stick with what I have in mind for a bit and see what happens, if nothing, then Im going back to the low volume training again.

well 2 weeks in and feeling ok I guess. No real gains as of yet from the Anavar, but I only took 30mg/Day for first week, then 40mg on training days and 30mg on off days the second week.
This up coming week I will be going with 50mg training days and 40 on off days. Run that for 9 more weeks.

Body weight is going up, but due to diet. Shoulders still a little achy and pop still every now and then especially on chest day

started the prami lastnight. .25ml few hours before bed. No real sleep loss the first night.
 
first week of prami sucked!! hard to get up in the morning and a headache every morning. Need to bump the timing back I think

3 weeks in with anavar. not a whole big change. 50mg training days, 40 non.
tight pumps in the gym, getting veiny as well. So far so good, i doubt the deca is even noticable at this point in time either, but 2 more weeks or so.
 
I like the small doses in this cycle but don't know how effective 250mg of deca is gonna be but im anxious to see hence i might be needing some soon solely for my joints. I haven't had any success with axios orals as of date. Ive tried their d bol and Winstrol (winny) and nada as far as gains go. My chic is 3 weeks into a 10mg a day Winstrol (winny) cycle again and shes made some little gains but definitely nothing to write home about. I told no more gear after this because I don't want a she ra on my hands. Spa labs was some great anavar BTW.

Nice lat spread in your pics? How often you deadlift? Maybe you could start posting your split? Best of luck

To be honost, I had no luck with axios dbol either when I tried it and was sketchy on getting their anavar., but we shall see. I do have some GP anavar to but I wanted to run out axio's to see how it pans out.
Your the 2nd one that mentioned SPA, but I have to find it first....:dunno:


I just kind of stuck with the number in that other thread I linked and figured Id see how things go. I feel good so far, but the next 2-3 weeks aught to be the tell all time.


As far as deadlifts go, I never do them, lol.
I just started deadlifting this month actually. I have always had alot of lower back pain, so I stayed away from them. But I am going to the chiropractor now, which helps out and I feel more limber so I really wanted to get into doing them. I am still really concentrating on form though.

well almost through week 4. Strength seems to be up a little. Shoulder press up to 80lb dumbells for 10 reps. done that natty before though :( Squats still suck ass.

Still lean, but up to 179-180lbs. maybe due to diet alone though.

Prami .25 am & .25 pm....... feel pretty good this week on it compared to last.

REALLY was hoping week 4 to prove noticeable strength gains on the anavar..... E isnt showing much in way of muscle gains yet either, but her strength is going up.

anyone have luck with AX's anavar?
 
well today I bumped up to 70mg of anavar. :)
Not even a full 4 weeks in so I know the enanthate and deca havent really "kicked" in yet, but today was an excellent day at the gym. Bench felt great, triceps were extremely veiny and solid today. Finally felt the effects of the anavar. Shoulda been running the 70mg all along, but I will just prolong the anavar an additional 3 weeks or so and keep it at the same dose now. should balance out nicely.
I dont expect to see much from the enanthate as its just a maintenance dose, but I am curious to see what the deca has. It is only 250mg /week, but this is first run with deca. So far no sides other than the typical acne.
 
OK through week 5. the magic week 5 :) I think 6 or so people said something in the last 2 days about me looking bigger all of a sudden, lol. Nothing Im not used there, Just havent heard it in a long time.
So.... only running 200mg /week of enenthate
250mg / Deca
70mg/ Daily Anavar
I am up to 183lbs this week. Strength is rapidly increasing again and my pumps are tight again. I mean really tight. I used to never do any cardio at all, but this cycle I have been doing about 15 minutes before every workout. I am staying lean and also gaining weight. Not alot of water retention yet which I am glad of. Still very defined, if not more so than I was before. extrememly veiny during workouts.

Still running prami at .25 am and .25 pm. No sides at all from deca. But its such a small dose I wouldnt expect to see much anyway.
 
When those pumps start getting tight and then real tight, thats Var, without a doubt. The Sustaplex is doing its job very well, and Im happy with it. Its clean, shoots smooth, and its Strong!! Not just saying it either, Im content..
