dtone's 25lbs in 25 days diet

31yrs old 6ft2 220lbs 10%bf eating everything in sight.. im sure my day will come.. more power to you guys though.. diets is the hardest part of training.. you have to be 100% dedicated.. and i respect yous both..

you do realize that pro/veg is much harder than keto, right? pro/veg is as extreme as it gets. keto doesnt have shit on pro/veg.

oh, and btw, throw in grad school midterms and 30hrs of work/wk and come back and tell me 'its not too bad'...this is going to be hilarious.

Its food dude.... chill out
Im in mid terms right now.............

its a pretty advanced diet.. with alotta loading and deloading.. shocking the body.. i like it

only thing i think u should change is the pb to almond butter..

nice work D...

im glad u put the disclaimer in there...

And it sure as fuck ain't for me. I would kill myself if I tried to eat like that. EVER!! lol

This is why my physique philosophy has always stood the test of time.

As long as your delts are at least 20" wider around then your waist... you're good to go!!:laugh4:

I like this dtone, so much so that I'm starting it tomorrow so I can drop a couple bf% before I start my var in 4 weeks. I'll keep you updated

thats great guys! pm if you have any questions on the specifics and just stay strong and consistent. and remember, its only 4 wks so no matter how bad it gets, its probably almost over.

I've got one pressing question, does anyone have advice on how to make eating eggs more tolerable?? I thought if I'd be having 16 eggs/day it'd be easiest if I hard boil them. Don't get me wrong I dont mind hard boiled eggs but 16/day is gonna be tough if i dont find a way to make them more appetizing

hard boil is one way, its just a lot of work. i would use salsa or hot sauce. any seasoning you want will work for eggs. try throwing in some jalapeno peppers

Why would this not be good for someone with higher BF? I am just getting back into the swing of things and I would guess my BF to be 18-20% and If I could stay the course on this, Itd be great to drop 4-5% in a month.

it would more then likely cause a rebound effect because of the lack of calories.. you would really have to be careful in coming out of this diet..

Dtone has had success with it because he understands that.. like i said, this is an advanced diet.. more for dropping weight in the context of some sort of primeing...

people with higher bf percentages shouldn't do this... cuz their eating habbits weren't right in the first place..

your better off losing the weight slowly.. at 2lbs a week.. maybe 3 depending on your size..

excellent, excellent points 3j, you are exactly right. var4me...the rebound effect 3j is mentioning is very real and takes a lot of experience in dieting to overcome. the rebound effect, for me at least, directly parallels the intensity of the diet, and this is a very intense diet. meaning it would be very hard for someone who is not comfortable with this form of dieting to overcome.

and again, to reiterate 3j's points, there is no need for someone at a higher bf to use such extreme measures when milder regimens will provide impressive results. hit up 3j and he will set you up with an appropriate diet for your goals.
