31yrs old 6ft2 220lbs 10%bf eating everything in sight.. im sure my day will come.. more power to you guys though.. diets is the hardest part of training.. you have to be 100% dedicated.. and i respect yous both..
you do realize that pro/veg is much harder than keto, right? pro/veg is as extreme as it gets. keto doesnt have shit on pro/veg.
oh, and btw, throw in grad school midterms and 30hrs of work/wk and come back and tell me 'its not too bad'...this is going to be hilarious.
Its food dude.... chill out
Im in mid terms right now.............
only thing i think u should change is the pb to almond butter..
THIS DIET IS NOT FOR NOVICE BBer's!!!! its not for people who have high bf percentages.. its not for people who dont have a good foundational base...
Ill start mine monday and keep a log
Im excited about the veggies...!
are you doing the 4 wk diet or the 1 wk diet i wrote for you?
hard boil is one way, its just a lot of work. i would use salsa or hot sauce. any seasoning you want will work for eggs. try throwing in some jalapeno peppers
its a pretty advanced diet.. with alotta loading and deloading.. shocking the body.. i like it
only thing i think u should change is the pb to almond butter..
nice work D...
im glad u put the disclaimer in there...

Why would this not be good for someone with higher BF? I am just getting back into the swing of things and I would guess my BF to be 18-20% and If I could stay the course on this, Itd be great to drop 4-5% in a month.
it would more then likely cause a rebound effect because of the lack of calories.. you would really have to be careful in coming out of this diet..
Dtone has had success with it because he understands that.. like i said, this is an advanced diet.. more for dropping weight in the context of some sort of primeing...
people with higher bf percentages shouldn't do this... cuz their eating habbits weren't right in the first place..
your better off losing the weight slowly.. at 2lbs a week.. maybe 3 depending on your size..
