E2 very high 145pg/ml but I feel OK how that's possible????

I'm now on cycle 250mg test E week 500mg masteron propionate week and tren Ace 350 week 10mg aromasin day how the hell is possible 145pg/ml E2???
it's only 8 days after cycle when test was made. Testosterone does not even reach optimum levels yet becaue it reach optimium levels just after 4 weeks. Could it be lab mistake or tren is cauding inaccurate readings???
I feel ok. Last year when E2 reached 70pg/ml I felt like piece of shit.

That's pretty high. Some people are more sensitive to e2 side effects than others. I used no AI my first ever cycle and my e2 was somewhere above 300pg/mL. Felt like dog shit and literally couldn't even watch a mildly sad movie. Then there's those who never use an AI and feel fine. Not recommended for health reasons but some people barely feel e2 side effects at all.

The normal test from Quest is fine, its labcorp that you have to go sensitive test with.
The ROCHE ECLIA method gives false number
