Thanks for moving this. Was not sure what I was doing last night. Im. Taking erase pro, only thing I could get my hands on at work. (Mississippi river, towboating) my diet is fairly clean from what I have to work with. We do not buy our own food, so I take what I can get. I have been doin cardio every other day. Once again only on the elliptical bc that's all we have... I do not have any soreness or lumps. Guess its just in my head maybe

Best way to tell if your getting gyno is to rub an ice cube on your nipple, or go outside in the cold without a shirt on, if your nipple stays puffy your getting gyno, if it turns into a normal man nipple you should be good to go. Mine are super puffy, but the second I get cold they turn into sharp knives.

So since gynecomastia is the formation of breast tissue in men, I am debating on testing this out on my wife. I'll probably get punched in the head for it, but I want to see what happens to her nipples. (Probably nothing, but it's for SCIENCE DAMNIT!)
