Eca and did you like it?

I posted this in the anabolic section but someone said it'd be better here. What are you guys thoughts on it helping w that last 10 lbs. Diet is there on point but looking for something to try towards the end of my next cycle. Feedback is welcome. Have a great day fellas
 
I'm a big fan of ECA.

My typical dosage is 200mg of Caff, 24mg of Eph, and 81mg of Aspirin. I take this first thing in the morning then go do cardio, and then again about 4-5 hours later. I'm able to handle the sides well, and get to sleep - so sometimes i even take a third dose prior to my weights in the evening.

Start with one dose first, to make sure you are able to handle the eph, and then step it up depending on how you handle it.


I find it makes be ultra productive at work, and in the gym. But, it also comes with side effects, some people get heart papilations, day sweats, ect. I found my biggest sides were irritablity. I already hate most of the people in my office, this made me hate them a little more. :axe:
 
yeah not all the easiest bud but thats the time I have. But I can fall asleep not too too bad just im betting that eca would sure as hell change that lol Oh well guess ill have to try it out and modify as i go
 
Big AC fan here(I skip the aspirin). The side effects are all manageable for me, except irritability. Kind of a grump for 5-6 weeks. The water weight that falls off at first is encouraging.
 
No sides really for me, I can feel y heartbeat increase but no issues. Worked wonders and it's cheap but the aspirin isn't good for your stomach and not actually proven to help anything in the doses people take.
 
ECA is a fine thing to run...I would just watch caffeine. Most people take 200mg caffeine with their stack, three times a day. If you take in caffeine from multiple sources (energy drinks, coffee, pre workout drinks, etc.) you can easily reach a gram of caffeine and this could be pretty stressful for your heart. Your heart will definitely let you know if it is stressed.
 
I usually have 1-2 cups of coffee per day dialtone. Not really sure what that would equal out to? And is this something best to run on or off?

It would depend what sort of coffee you're drinking, but it's probably around the 150-200mg mark if it's percolated. Some people recommend cycling ECA due to beta-receptor down regulation. I think it's dependent on the individual though as some will build up a tolerance quicker. I'm not a fan of ECA because it makes my head burn!
 
If i could avoid the crash I would always use it. I lost like 8 pounds in two months. Then gained 6 back on T-giving . smh
